We found this hotel after reading the Conde Nast Traveller guide to Albania and it was the best hotel we stayed in during our three week trip. The design of the hotel is exceptional and the staff are so kind. The breakfast and spa facilities are also exceptional, as well as the room itself. Would recommend staying here for more than one night to completely unwind and recharge.

A very minor point that while the hotel draws inspiration from around the world, it would be great to see some local brands supported as well, such as the water provided being from Albania rather than Italy.

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The hotel is exquisitely decorated and styled, with all the amenities you could desire. What really made our stay excellent were the staff. Particularly Eric and George. Thanks to everyone else too!

Our only drawback was sparking up conversation about jewellery history with a waiter who for some reason didn't seem to like us much after this, despite this starting by us complimenting his ring. Unsure what we did wrong but we were left with poor service following this, despite being the only 2 people in the restaurant.

The staff was fantastic. The spa was decent and clean. The food was really nice. The bar and restaurant area had a fantastic vibe. The room was massive and the garden view made waking up really beautiful. The bathrooms were clean and spacious as well. Loved the steam room. Sauna and pool. The breakfast was amazing. Staff took ownership of their work. Always good to see people taking pride in their work.

The massage was really basic and borderline bad. The staff suggested a car rental service who at the time of returning the car tried to scam me for more money. The staff was shocked and promised to not partner with them again but it left a bad taste in the mouth. Staff was apologetic and offered to help resolve the issue but having faced such issues in multiple countries it wasn't something I couldn't manage. Property related matters were really good

This was our third year staying at the Life Gallery Hotel in Korça, Albania, and once again we were absolutely delighted. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the bar area in the evenings—it had a lovely ambiance at night. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great variety of delicious, freshly prepared food, and the quality definitely matches the price. Everything was very clean and well-organized, and the staff was always helpful. We did notice two minor issues: there was a bit of humidity in room 4, likely because the shower is close to the sleeping area, and the room was a bit dark. However, these were just small inconveniences. A special thanks to the manager who resolved a small issue we had during our stay quickly and easily. Overall, it was a wonderful stay once again, and I’ll definitely remain a loyal guest in the future.

A very beautiful and relaxing vibe through all the hotel. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The room is one of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in. Breakfast with a lot of options and everything very tasty. The spa was also very relaxing and very very neat and clean. We were traveling by motorcycle and there was a place in a small yard to park them inside which was Perfect

We loved its unique decor and the spa facilities. The breakfast was very good indeed with plenty of variety. The staff are incredibly friendly and extra helpful with anything you might need. They let us keep our motorbike securely within the confines of the hotel.

No air conditioning in our room and it was quite hot. We did ask at reception and the guy that came to check it told us it’s only for heating the room not cooling. We would have opened the patio door but the bar music is quite loud plus lots of insects that bite. There should probably be a minimum age for use of the spa facilities.

Exceptional. One of the top 5 hotels that we have stayed. We have a free room upgrade when we arrived. The hotel has exceptional design and architectural details. All were excellent. The staff (especially the staff), the room facilities, the spa facilities, the public spaces, the restaurant, the bar, the breakfast. We used the spa facilities (sauna, pool, hamam free) and we extra paid for a massage and salt therapy. We ate at the restaurant in a wonderful atmosphere and we tasted also the very good coctaills of the bar. Both were extraordinary good. On foot we went to the center of Korce in 10'. We parked outside the door of the hotel! Worth mentioning the real honeycomb on the breakfast table that you could take honey from the...spring!

It made bad impression to us that almost the whole staff that was working in the night shift, was also working in the morning shift. This is inhumane and unacceptable. A small bad detail, was that sometimes there was a very soft bad smell probably from the siphon of the bathroom

Lovely, special atmosphere created from the unique interior design, green surroundings and a traditional villa exterior. Mostly very friendly staff, high quality breakfast to choose from (therefore no food waste from a buffet!). Large, airy room.

Mattresses a bit too soft, spa somehow limited offer on a Monday morning (only pool was working but not Sauna etc.). Would be nice to see a bit more ecological sustainability measures (for eg. automatic power-saving in rooms, choice of not daily changing towels/linens, less heated air in swimming pool, local mineral water instead of Italian, info card for clients about sustainability etc. )

Lovely place to stay in great town. The staff are so friendly and the way the hotel is decorated is gorgeous. We had a wonderful time and I adored waking up with a view of the mountains. The room was calm and yet the bar was throbbing. Spa massage fabulous.
