We loved its unique decor and the spa facilities. The breakfast was very good indeed with plenty of variety. The staff are incredibly friendly and extra helpful with anything you might need. They let us keep our motorbike securely within the confines of the hotel.

No air conditioning in our room and it was quite hot. We did ask at reception and the guy that came to check it told us it’s only for heating the room not cooling. We would have opened the patio door but the bar music is quite loud plus lots of insects that bite. There should probably be a minimum age for use of the spa facilities.

A very beautiful and relaxing vibe through all the hotel. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The room is one of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in. Breakfast with a lot of options and everything very tasty. The spa was also very relaxing and very very neat and clean. We were traveling by motorcycle and there was a place in a small yard to park them inside which was Perfect

Exceptional. One of the top 5 hotels that we have stayed. We have a free room upgrade when we arrived. The hotel has exceptional design and architectural details. All were excellent. The staff (especially the staff), the room facilities, the spa facilities, the public spaces, the restaurant, the bar, the breakfast. We used the spa facilities (sauna, pool, hamam free) and we extra paid for a massage and salt therapy. We ate at the restaurant in a wonderful atmosphere and we tasted also the very good coctaills of the bar. Both were extraordinary good. On foot we went to the center of Korce in 10'. We parked outside the door of the hotel! Worth mentioning the real honeycomb on the breakfast table that you could take honey from the...spring!

It made bad impression to us that almost the whole staff that was working in the night shift, was also working in the morning shift. This is inhumane and unacceptable. A small bad detail, was that sometimes there was a very soft bad smell probably from the siphon of the bathroom

Lovely, special atmosphere created from the unique interior design, green surroundings and a traditional villa exterior. Mostly very friendly staff, high quality breakfast to choose from (therefore no food waste from a buffet!). Large, airy room.

Mattresses a bit too soft, spa somehow limited offer on a Monday morning (only pool was working but not Sauna etc.). Would be nice to see a bit more ecological sustainability measures (for eg. automatic power-saving in rooms, choice of not daily changing towels/linens, less heated air in swimming pool, local mineral water instead of Italian, info card for clients about sustainability etc. )

The lighting was so poor in the room , there was not a lot of light coming in from the outside and the inside (artificial ) lightning was so poor could barely see . I was literally using my flash to search for my stuff. The breakfast was not it at all . Poor selection of the menu , didn’t even offer coffe . There were not anything like pancakes , waffles or other stuff . Me and my partner do not eat eggs so we were let with nothing but dry toast with mushed avocado and a croissant . I also got a açai bowl which was kind of good but still i would have liked to have options and other stuff to choose from. For the price we paid at least the breakfast should have been way better

Everything is amazing: hotel design, the super fancy spa, friendly staff, bar, restaurant and breakfast. The massage was also very good. This place is the best value for money we may have encountered in the past years.

Bar can be noisy - especially on Saturday, but limited impact on the rooms located in the garden.

We really enjoyed our stay! The mix of mysterious vibes and modern design is stunning. The rooms are super comfy, the staff is friendly, and the food amazing. Plus, it’s right in the heart of the city, so everything’s a short walk away. Perfect for a cozy, stylish getaway!

It would have been nice to have complementary water bottles every day because it was never replaced.

The rooms are great and the stuff is amazing and very helpful. Having accessibility to the spa and everything from the spa being included made my stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and the bar/reastsurant area is beautiful. The massage therapist was the best and very nice. I can't wait to come back again.

The hotel is in a very beautiful building and has been recently beautifully renovated. The bed/pillows were so comfy, shower was huge and very nice. The style was really great and the reason I chose the hotel. Spa was perfect for end of the day. Food was all very good for breakfast as well as some snacks I tried at the bar. Everything was very aesthetically pleasing/ staff helpful. The spa girls were very sweet! Great stay , highly recommend.

I liked everything. The decor was very unique, the location was perfect, and the cleanliness was at the highest level. One of the most comfortable and beautiful hotels
