I grew up here and quality is a rare thing in those neck.of the woods. The quality of 7 Clans is exceptional. The family room is super spacious and despite tons of children in every room very QUIET! The staff were more than accommodating and very pleasant to interact with. Obviously the amenities are a bonus but also the design of this hotel with all the native art and history is my favorite part. Most hotels miss the mark on interior design & even updated is outdated and boring but not here beautiful work.

Because the hotel is connected to the casino the smell of cigarettes is strong. It is not only off putting but unhealthy especially for all the kids. My daughter is 2 and uses an inhaler and her cough as well as mine was terrible by the time we left. The ventilation between the two sides needs to be filtered and or separate. It would help a lot if they could add air filtration throughout the hotel.

The staff was great, especially Evan at the front desk! The room was spacious and my daughter loves coming here for her birthday, 2nd year in a row 🙂

We had suite with a pull out couch, we needed to use it however they didn't have extra linen in the room. I requested it from front desk she was very prompt as well as sweet however the sheet didn't fit and they didn't have any extra pillows. Other than that, stay was great!

We loved the family suite setup- the kids had the own space and so did the adults. The waterpark was also a blast, as well as a snack bar and free breakfast. It was very quiet at night.

Pillows were quite firm and stiff. Also, there was no real blanket on the queen bed. We will bring our own pillows and comforter for our next stay.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff is outstanding everyone was so friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet is great and again the staff was great. Are grandkids absolutely loved the water park! My husband and I played in the casino for a while and we like it because it has a good mix of games and everyone was nice and friendly very clean! We've been twice and will be back in a couple montha.

I really can't think of anything that I did not like

The hotel was roughly half-way between Taos and our home in St Louis. We had a very nice suite for a very reasonable price. We ate a good dinner in one of the restaurants and then spent some time at the casino afterwards

Everything was good. No complaints

breakfast and dinner for my daughters birthday was great! She loved the Buffet style for both, as did I. The Morning staff was SOOO friendly and kind. My daughter wants to come back ASAP!

i wish the room would have been more prepared. The pull-out bed did not have any bedding in the room, i had to request it, although the service was prompt.

Food and food service was good. Room was clean and everything functional.

Front desk girl was not an incurrageing sign to how the stay was going to be. Seat filler, but she did show up for work.

It was very nice. My kids loved the waterpark.

My only complaint was. All night long. You could hear someone running down the halls and slamming doors. Didnt get much sleep

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and kind. The water park was good and the casino had alot of the machines I like to play. Overall it was a good getaway for us. Thank

The property was cool. Indoor water park was really nice.

I didn’t like the fact you smelt nothing but cigarettes in the hotel hallways. Or the fact they forgot to clean the refrigerator out.
