The hotel location is located across the street from a Church and Square. That means lots of dining options. we found an amazing buffet restaurant 1 block away and enjoyed the meal very much. Only a one night stay and couldn't be more happy with our choice.

All rooms face the street and you will hear street noise. They also didn't have an iron to checkout because they think adults will burn their furniture. Come on people, get ironing boards!!!! I hear they are available in 2024! Geeeeshhh!!!!

the bathroom trash can had left over from previous hosts and even though we informed they did not clean it until next day when we told the cleaning lady

Garage in the property was full, they directed me to a garage 3 blocks away and had to pay for it (10 USD). The problem is not the money spent but the lack of information and the attitude of the front desk staff.

La situation centre ville

Well located, near to everything shops, restaurants and even Costanera street (full of nice restaurants) is nearby.

Breakfast is awful. Really poor quality. No hot dishes, very few fruits options, croissant tasted old, no option for non lactose milk and the only juice is a fake (powder) orange. Shower was falling apart and sink was blocked. Had to request for toilet paper. But maybe this was a bad luck.

The ac worked very well.

The room wasn't very clean and the sheets were stained. The elevators were scary. The bathroom needed some serious mold remediation and renovation.

Room was filthy. There was mould on the windows and it looked like there was blood around the bathroom ceiling fan. We didn’t want to take our shoes off because the floor felt so grimy. The Wi-Fi was very poor. We had to go down to the lobby to use the front desk‘s Wi-Fi signal to get anything to work. Cushions in the chairs in breakfast area were stained and dirty. Locks on the rooms were old key locks and felt very insecure.
