Charming hotel with outstanding staff and warm southern Italian hospitality. The owner and her daughter are on site to ensure your complete satisfaction with your stay. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. A bit tricky to find the first time but its location a bit tucked away makes for a quiet stay at night. Easily walkable to everything you need. Beaches and wineries within short driving distance to Manduria and the front desk can help you arrange the details. Just a note, breakfast is by individual order served to your table and not a buffet. One of my favorite places to stay in Puglia.

Lovely impressive building. Beautifully presented with excellent rooms. Breakfast was brilliant, with everything you could hope for - too much at times. Location great for restaurants, lovely wine bar/enoteca at il vino also.

Access to garage via side streets is tight to say the least!! DO NOT try to take a car bigger than 'compact' size.

Staff were so accommodating. The hotel is very close to the centre of the town. Nice to be able to walk into the square to shop and eat.

Be careful driving in and around the hotel as the streets are very narrow.

The hotel at Corte Borromeo is absolutely stunning. The staff were beyond accommodating. We stayed for a wedding and ended up missing the coach home and the staff came to pick us up, completely outside of their job. No ask was too big. After hours even when the kitchen was closed they made us charcuterie boards having arrived in from a late trip from Bari airport. This is a beautiful place to stay with so much history but completely modernised to make it comfortable for guests. I could not recommend them more and would stay again in a heartbeat!

It was a prefect one night stay in Manduria. The hotel was amazing and in a great position. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them

We liked this place very much, and the incredibly friendly and committed service made the stay wonderful. Thanks a lot for the delicious dinner and wine. The excellent breakfast and the way it was served was also a pleasant surprise for us. We recommend this place to everyone and we will be happy to come back here!
