The location is perfect. We stayed in the villa which met our expectations. I love the friendliness of the staff . The restaurant was great , I read some reviewers said it was costly but i didn't think so . The price of food is high anyway so we can't say it's costly. My family loved the meals especially the chefs specials which was a three course meal for K80.00 not bad. . I will also say honestly the hotel needs maintenance here and there but overall still my favourite place .

We were bumped off our flight out of Madang so Air Nuigini put us back at the hotel . We were placed in the standard rooms . The rooms seriously need some standardising . The towels were old and one was torn and furnitures outdated and dirty . The aircon needs cleaning my kids kept sneezing . So I wouldn't stay in those rooms again even if it's the cheapest .

It delivered what we required when we arrived each day. The staff were very friendly and served us with a smile and quickly.

The only disappointing thing is that we were forgotten at the airport when we arrived. This could be put down to our flight arriving about one hour late. We were met by our friends who then delivered us in the PMB they had hired to come to meet us. Otherwise we would have had to bum a ride with someone else.

Having stayed there a number of times within the last 20 years, the location remains as great as ever and it is truly the best in Madang, particularly in regard to ocean views - the premises are awesome. Compared to the last stays at the resort the staff has much improved, is friendly and very forthcoming, most likely due to the new managers! Thank you!

The pizzas at the restaurant remain poorly seasoned as ever - they shouldn't be hot, but a bit more spices should be added!

Customer service was excellent, staff were friendly and the hotel itself is so beautiful. Hotel bus was at the airport on my arrival and departure. It was an amazing one night

I loved everything about the hotel. There is nothing I don't like at Madang Resort. My stay was made beautiful because of my choice of hotel and I am a happy guest. I will definitely stay there again when I travel to Madang. Only one thing was, I was charged full charge for the room even after I paid for my room via booking.com

I have not try the breakfast . I had my own breakfast prepared.

It would be much better and convenient for the Resort to have ROOM SERVICE. It is very tiring after sight seeing and you return to the Resort exhausted and you have go back to the Restaurant for lunch , dinner etc... when we can be served in our rooms.

The resorte is very nice , the restaurant staff were very nice, the room and view were very nice.

The staff gave us wrong info about flights , they didnt check, and almost caused us a great loss of time and moeny

The quite environment, the beautiful views of the Kalibobo outlet, the rooms and the space it offered for me to relax and unwind with less noise.

No options for takeaway at the restaurant. Was not too sure of the café location and whether it offered coffee, pastries or sandwiches that we can grab on the go.

The Breakfast and location were perfect. The scenario was excellent with fresh air, staff are friendly.

Bit of problem with internet, lack of communication with online transaction and the Frontline office desk. Lack of Communication between staff and Guests. If things does not add regarding bookings or transaction, its better to advise in advance then at the time of departure to avoid inconveniences.

The location was amazing right on the water,great pool and staff were amazing, helpful and friendly

we went to dive but dive shop closed a few months ago, no fault of the resort and they are trying to get it up and running again.

The location and the restaurant are just spectacular. It's beautiful and so calm, away from all the country's chaos.
