Great stopover location for our road trip from Austin to the Big Bend National Park. Hotel is ideally located just off the main highway. Room was clean and spotless and staff were really friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast too!

Aircon unit in room was a little noisy for those who are light sleepers.

Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices and all prepared well. Shout out to Hilary - her friendliness and attentiveness were noticed and appreciated. Friendly young man at check-in, and a friendly young lady helped me make a subsequent reservation. I was going to stay in Sonora on 2/29, but the fine treatment and facilities prompted me to re-book at this property instead. Well done!

Very clean and updated design. Beds very comfortable.

Front desk staff at check in were not present for several minutes. Had to call the property for someone to come to the desk and answer the phone. When they saw me standing there, no apology given and the check in process was completed in an unfriendly manner.

Wasn't sure on the card that was about "safety tips" that was in the room. Made us feel uneasy , maybe there were bruglaries in the area. And the cable!! HORRIBLE it came in and out. Wasn't able to see the baseball game!! I suggest in getting dish network. With the prices being charged that will definitely cover the cost. Would of gave it a 10 plus, except for the cable. Staff was soooo friendly. Very very welcoming.

The room is very big and comfortable and had a lot of space. Also Sonic is right next door I just walked next door to get supper.

Parking, if you have a big truck and trailer you'll have to park way off to the one side where you can't see anything all night long just make sure you take everything out of your vehicle.

Everything!! Friendliest staff! We broke down in Ozuna and manager allowed late checkout and for us to hang out in the lobby while our vehicle was being worked on. Thank you all so much for such EXECEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY!!!!
