I am not the type to post reviews but feel compelled to comment on this property. If i could give this B&B an 11+ I would - unfortunately the ratings only go up to 10. The property had a good rating of 9.7 but when we arrived we were blown away with how beautiful and extremely clean it was. The quality and decor of the property was outstanding , the gardens stunning. At night the ambiance in the garden is outstanding as it is lit up with subtle lighting and the views of the castle and old town are fantastic. Now lets move onto the host , Sebrina -what can i say - she is the ultimate host - she is so friendly and delightful and made our stay wonderful. The rooms are accessed via the beautiful entry hall and a white marble staircase, the rooms are well equipped and extremely clean. The photos online do not do the property justice- the actual property will exceed every expectation. This has to be one of the best properties i have ever stayed at and that is saying a lot as I regularly frequent 5 & 6 Star Hotels.

It is extremely rare for me to say that there was nothing about this property and host that we did not like

The owner Sabrina is an excellent host attentive to all your needs. Our room and the property was spotless and the gardens well maintained. We stayed for 11 nights and we were very well looked after. We visit this area frequently and will definitely return again.

I liked the garden 🏡 and the breakfast 🥞 The interior of the room was beautiful, especially the bathroom.

It was kind of hard for me to communicate with the host because I didn't speak Italian and she English, but we managed to understand each other.🙂

B&B Virginia is located at the foot of beautiful Monte San Biagio, with mountains behind and the sea and beaches in front. It’s a wonderful part of Italy. The B&B is perfectly located to explore this place; the town (walking distance), local areas (lots to see!) or even to get the train to Rome for a day trip. The property is very clean, with comfortable, clean, light and airy rooms. The well-tended garden, where we had breakfast, was in full bloom and Sabrina, our host, was wonderful. It also feels very safe and secure. I highly recommend visiting and staying here.

I find it difficult to say how it could be better!

This B&B was beautifully decorated wit exceptional attention to detail. Sabrina was a gracious host. She made every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Conveniently located on the outskirts of Monte San Biagio. The sea and the towns of Terracina, Sperlonga and Gaeta are easily reachable by car. Sabrina is a wonderful host, warm hearted and courteous. Beautiful restored house, exceptionally clean rooms and comfortable beds. Verdant small garden to enjoy breakfast.
