The staff was very friendly and assisted with information such as tours and bus timetables and good places to eat. The location is very close to the main Westerland beach and within easy distance from the station and central bus station. Being in the town centre, there is ample choice of restaurants, literally on its doorstep. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Located on the main pedestrian street & less than 5mins walk from station, the entrance is easy to miss. Once inside, room was comfortable with opening windows, fridge, kettle & spacious en-suite. My room was looking onto the main street and I never really heard much noise.

Breakfast was good but could have done with a bit more variety.

Excellent location in centre of Westetland - 20 minute walk from station with cases. Lovely spacious room with balcony. No lift, but receptionist helped with bags. Staff super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel,

The location is central and it is easy to walk to the hotel from the train station. It is very close to the beach. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff seemed nice, though I didn’t have much interaction with the staff other than at breakfast.

Stairs, because lift has been refused due to "old building/ heritage". And also, Sylt is too expensive for what itoffers in general.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, very convenient location if you arrive by train.

Room and bathroom were small. I thoughts of them as cozy, but maybe not for everyone.

It was quite hard to find as the signage is quite inconspicious

The pillow was quite different to what I am used to. At breakfast I was not told that I can order items not on the display, eg fried eggs.

The hotel is very clean, central, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Top location!

The seagulls were a bit noisy but nothing to do about it in a coastal town.
