Successful stay! The staff is very very friendly, competent and helpful. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The food in the restaurant is very good and the buffet is very varied and delicious! The rooms are very clean, the staff does a great job here too. Internet is fast and stable. Air conditioning in the room and clean an well maintained.

Nice location on the river and excellent food. Perfect to relax for a day on a road trip through Namibia. Very friendly staff.

Check-in and check-out procedure took a while, but we were on holiday, so not a big deal. The accommodation looked different to what was shown on pictures during the reservation process on booking.com.

The staff was incredibly kind and the chalet nearby the river was super nice. The sunset cruise was also nice and the welcome-back with the songs amazing and the staff singing all together showed the great atmosphere at the location. Dinner and breakfast were good and sufficient for starting a new day!

I should have stayed one more night!

Absolutely stunning thatched cabins on manicured lawns overlooking the Kavango River and across to Angola in the other side. Beautiful sunsets from the deck and dining/restaurant area, exquisite food, amazing g poolside massages..the list goes on!!!

Beautiful thatched cottages with the verandah overlooking the river. Delighted to wake up and find a thermos of hot coffee on the veranda, ready to watch the sunrise. Beautiful little garden of Eden with fantastic staff and very good buffet supper.

Very nice hotel in Rundu along the kavango river just in front of Angola. All was very good and the hotel location is superb the small tour by boat on the river is also very nice

Nothing. All was very good. The only thing is that if it would be raining , the 4 Km piste to go to the hotel from the main road would be difficult to drive with a normal sedan car

This place is all about the staff. Everyone working there is a blast. Very flexible, never bothered and always smiling and trying to make your stay perfect. Special thanks to the manager! My mom is disabled, she can't walk more than a few meters. This wonderful lady gave her the closest chalet by the restaurant and pool without additional costs even though we only paid for one family chalet. Ask for chalet 18 if you have problems walking. She also cared for our PCR tests and was on the phone for hours. She will assist you with any situation you have to deal with. Thank you so much! You made our stay unforgettable. All the best for the future!

Location and friendly staff. Enjoyed the fishing trip very much - birds were exceptional and guide outstanding.

Buffet could have had a bit more of a main course selection.

Amazing stay in the riferfront chalet. Large room, comfortable beds and a large porch to chill. Every morning you'll find fresh hot coffee right outside your room. The staff is incredibly polite. Take the sunset river cruise for a magic sunset, with drink and snacks. Worth visiting Rundu just to stay in this lodge.
