-Location. Right next to Agios Ioannis's fantastic clean beach, next to plenty of good beach bars and restaurants and only 15min away by car from Myrina -Rooms. We had the maisonette (3) and it was big, clean and with a nice view to the sea -Facilities. Modern kitchen, TVs, bathrooms, air-conditions, fridge. Everything working fine -Cleanliness. Very clean rooms and the staff did an excellent job every day to keep our rooms and the hotel clean -Pool. Big, clean (albeit with some dead bugs in it but nothing you can do about it) and with plenty of space and loungers to just spend the day there -Breakfast. It was nice and convenient to have it delivered every day and the products were fresh and tasty

-The maisonette had a table and chairs only on the top floor. It was nice but not very convenient when the sun hits it all day long and you can't sit down and enjoy your breakfast in the morning. We asked -twice- for a table and chairs for the ground floor balcony and we were just ignored -The breakfast was a bit repetitive -The bathrooms were modern but too complicated. It took us quite a long time to figure out how to operate the shower! -The reception and the people responsible for the day-to-day were either not there or not responding to our text messages. As this was a hotel I expected that there would be someone there to help and answer to our enquiries and at least give us an answer and not just ignore us. It was too left to its own or at least it seemed like it.

Location is vary nice, pretty close to sandy beaches (Be aware that beach in front of location is full of big stones and verry hard to get in). Very quiet little complex. The pool is a bonus for the hot afternoons when you dont feel like going to the beach. Rooms are clean and well designed (one more wardrobe closet would be a great - gets a bit crowded if you are 4 ppl and stay more than 5-6 days). Kitchen is well equipped.

Well... breakfast. We knew it would be repetitive but it is frustrating after the 3rd day. I realize it is hard to plan for the kind of door menu but many things can be improved. Besides the juice, bread, jam honey and milk i think every other item should be mixed at least on the 3rd day. We got boiled eggs for 5 days straight. It is a shame because Limnos bakeries have such amazing patisseries. Mix them, one day sweet, one day salty, maybe one day give people some meats other day maybe some olives, the possibilities are numerous. OR maybe turn the accommodation near the pool into a breakfast area... just an ideea

I liked everything, the rooms are very pretty and clean with everything you need for a stay. Breakfast was really good and had variety. The pool is really pleasant and you're close to the beach. The personnel was really helpful and nice. The courtyard is well lit at night, and it looks very beautiful. Also, they have a lot of parking spaces. I felt very peaceful, I highly recommend booking a stay here.

There's nothing negative to say.

The apartments are extremely clean, spacious, well-designed and maintained. There are decent beaches at a walking distance Definitely the best quality at this price point.

The only small gripe we had was with the breakfast. It’s a great concept, however, it can get repetitive after a while, and there’s lack of many healthier/high protein options.

I had a great stay at this hotel, appreciating its clean, modern facilities and the incredibly friendly staff. The plentiful breakfast basket and close proximity to the beach made my visit even more delightful. I loved my early morning runs through the surrounding rural streets. Nearby you can find very nice restaurants and beach bars

the hotel could enhance its offerings by providing more storage space. Despite this, I'd highly recommend this place for its overall comfort and excellent service.

Quality of apartments

The direction of balcony was such as it was always under the sun. No shade anytime of the day. Quite uncomfortable in late July and early August. The service stuff is chatting loudly starting 07:30 and this made us woke up sinve 07:30–8:00

Quiet place in a nice location. Facilities were at very good condition and well designed rooms.

Breakfast was nice but could have greater variety. The quantity was adequate. I believe that the complex would be benefited by lenghtier duration service, say till 10pm, as problems during the night can take quite a bit of time to be resolved.

Great room really polite staff especially the cleaning ladies and the person responsible for cleaning the pool. Quite we could have stayed there for longer period. Loved the breakfast box delivered to us every morning with a friendly smile. Close to good beaches.

If I am to mention something it would be very minor details thus I would say nothing.

Excellent for kids, immaculately clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast served in the room daily.
