Joanne checked me in very quickly. I was on the first floor with a door to the outside where my vehicle sat. I was able to load and unload my luggage with ease. Dining area had tea and coffee always available. **BONUS: real cups/glasses, plates & cutlery** (Paper cups for takeaway if wanted”) Breakfast choices were good. There was only one waffle maker which is probably enough on a regular day but the hotel was full. There was a dance competition in Tisdale so many mouths watering for mini waffles. Staff struggled to keep up with the clean dishes and the containers **Hotel/staff also had stacks of makeup removal cloths prepared and offered as we checked in.** Super smart but also says they were aware of who was staying.

If management is aware there is such an event that changes the “normal” clientele they should adjust their staffing needs. Perhaps have more assistance in the dining room to keep dishes & tables clean along with containers full of food. This one person did amazing considering all the tables were constantly full before clients rushed out the door. I stayed only one night. I learnt in the morning that I had been checked out at midnight. This explained why housekeeping came into my room and another housekeeper knocking at the door to see if I had left both before 10 am.

The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

The only negative about our stay was that when we went to breakfast at 9:30 there wasn't any breads, bagels etc for breakfast. There was still some hot food left but the person working was by himself and although he tried, it was hard for him to keep up to a fully booked hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, they use real plates, not paper plates. It’s a very nice set up and they have everything you would want for breakfast.

This is just my personal opinion, there’s a Jacuzzi in my room and I would love to use it however, I don’t know how clean it is? If they had bleach that I could’ve used to run it before using it I would’ve definitely used it.

Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices! Staff was friendly. Large parking lot and trails across the road made it the perfect place to stay to go snowmobiling.

There wasn't a brochure in the room with information about the community, restaurants, attractions, etc.

Exceptionally clean facility, easy access and an excellent hot breakfast. The few staff I saw were very friendly and dedicated to making this hotel an excellent choice.

A bit pricey. Even so, it is difficult to get a room as there are few options in the area. It would be great if they could expand.

Sparkling clean, friendly staff. Loved the bathroom, HOT water and the air conditioning unit was quiet and accurate temperature. The breakfast area was open, hot breakfast, great selection. Staff were tidying and replenishing items.

The train! However, that's no fault of the facility!

the server ran out of scrambled eggs early at 0830 and reported that she was not going to be making any more... eat the bolied eggs.

The breakfast had so many options, which was great! Our family enjoyed the big hot tub and I enjoyed working out today!

We heard a loud sound all night, not sure if it was the laundry or not. It was a loud banging sound.

Staff were wonderful - accommodating, friendly, perceptive, and friendly. Staff in breakfast area were superb during our stay there. Breakfast was good - lots of food to choose from and there is a sink to wash hands and fruits if need be.

king size bed in the suite was wobbly, waking me up unnecessarily when husband turns or gets out of bed. Sofa was peeling and unsightly. Suite looks cluttered, needs professional interior designer’s light touch.

Breakfast was yummy. Location was nice as I could walk to get 711 or timmy's.

I'm a weirdo and like firmer beds but it's fine but my kids loved the soft beds
