Beautiful property and hosts.

Stunning location and the perfect hosts. Made to feel very welcome.

The Domaine is an exquisitely restored old building in 4 hectares of land. Our room had two extremely comfortable twin beds, a beautiful terrace overlooking the gardens and pool, and some lovely old and quirky furniture and objects. It felt like we were staying in the country house of an old friend. Dinner was particularly enjoyable as we met the other guests for aperitifs by the pool, before sitting down together for a delicious meal. The setting of the outside dining was lovely, near the pool with views across the gardens. The local stone is beautifully honey coloured and rustic, and looks gorgeous as the sun is setting with the lights of the garden. Make time for a swim in the morning before a scrumptious breakfast.

The only problem for me was finding it as my sat nav is quite old. The property is not named on the outside, just has the number.

In countryside surrounded by fields of wine and lavender the fine restored country house. Room with character and well equipped. Comfy beds and sheets. Despite late booking we were included in the evening meal. Friendly owners. Madame kindly referred from the french discussions around the dinner table.. In english. -)

The Domaine de Commandeur is located in beautiful and tranquil countryside. With the feel of an elegant country house, the Domaine is generously and beautifully furnished - our own room was very large, exquisite and spotlessly clean. The hosts could not be kinder or more hospitable, going out of their way to look after guests, introducing everyone to each other, if that’s wanted, and entertaining throughout. They cooked us a delicious dinner, including a separate child-friendly menu for our girls, and in the morning had laid out sumptuous breakfast. We had a memorable and extremely relaxing stay and will certainly look up the Domaine again if we can get back to the area.

We very much enjoy the friendly atmosphere, lovely conversations, the tasty food that Patrick prepared for the guests. The pool is great. The inside space is very good decorated. You feel like home. Caterine and Patrick have great personalities.The place is just amazing!

Everything was absolutely amazing! The region is beautiful and quiet; the entire house was very nice decorated and the room we stayed in very comfy! But what we have enjoyed the most was chatting with the owners; very lovely people, extremely friendly and extraordinary chefs! The internet connection is not grate, but this does not come as a surprise as the mobile internet signal is extremely poor in the region!

There was nothing we did not like!
