In all honesty, my stay was perfect from my point of view. I didn't use breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Everything else was great. Nice house, nice room, nice garden, nice owner, Nicely filled fridge with Belgian beers for a descent price. Huge garden behind the place was nice too.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Perhaps the only slightly, tiny negative thing I can come up with is the distance to the city center. It is a little over a Kilometer, but still very doable.

Exceptional service from the owner. We wanted to leave our car at the B&B since we were going to a wedding and wanted to to be able to enjoy the party. When we asked the owner if he could call us a taxi, he offered to drive us there out of the kindness of his heart. Thank you so much again!! you made our stay exceptional!!!! Also the entire villa is impeccable, and we both wish we had more time there!

The suite room is amazing. Very large, nicely decorated, with a very comfortable king size bed. Own walk in closet. The bathroom features a jacuzzi and separate shower. The gardens are very beautiful and have a natural swimming pool. It also has a clay tennis court. The whole house is really pretty. The host is very friendly, professional and professional.

Room (the suite) was very nice and had lots of space. Also with a separate room for clothing, large bathroom and separate toilet. The room was very clean, bed was great, TV, etc. Also the outdoor facility looked really nice but we didn't use that.

The hall in front of the room is a little bit noisy (not too much if other visitors are silent enough, which was the case) so you can hear others enter and leave. We were planning to use the sauna but that was not possible. We had to reserve in advance which was not clear to us from the website text. So that could improve.

Everything was just perfect. Spacious extreme clean room, o so quiet in the night, fantastic breakfast in the morning, what else do you need?

Very good breakfast, enough to choose. The location is very good because it is located at the end of a street. During the night no noises from outside like traffic of a secondary route. A very nice garden. People responsible for the preparation of the breakfast were very kind and helpfull.

Nothing, everything was very good. The garden was well maintained. There was enough space to park 4 cars. For each room one vehicle. We have really no remarks.

I love how close the property was to an area with many food option to include a grocery store. The property was very beautiful, comfy, and located in a quiet neighborhood.

I didn't like checking-in because I had to call the owner for instructions on how to enter after a long day of work. Then I didn't have a key to my room for at least a hour. Then the owner swore I had it to get in even after telling him a few times he had me enter with a different key. Finally it was understood that I never had the key.

The accomodation was very comfortable and quiet for a good rest. Details everywhere. Shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Even beers/drinks were available to buy.
