It’s new building looked after well all ways clean. This place is perfect to stay very close by to all Shoping cities all the mall and the pazzar literally have everything under your feet. During the day the area is quite like a ghost town but as soon as the sun starts to set. People comes out. Shops open, you have ice cream shops clothing shop street food restaurants book shops and many more . Restaurant in the hotel was good as well clean and good staff

I think the only down side to the hotel was the stairs we were at the top floor and walking them stairs was difficult after long day out. And the sea I can’t say it was very clean. rocky u had to swim rock and sea weed to get to the sand

We arrived at the hotel and our luggage had gotten wet because of the rain, and the staff were so helpful- they dried all our clothes and we're super friendly and willing thoughout our stay. The location is right on the beachfront. We enjoyed every morning of our stay having a scrumptious Turkish breakfast with both a delicious Turkish coffee and a sea view.

The staff is very friendly and helpful despite the fact that they don’t speak English. Clean room. Very good Turkish breakfast. The restaurant is very good but the prices are higher compared with other locations nearby. Location is close to city center and it has a private beach with sun chairs. Beach towels are provided, but the water is with stones .

Our room was on semi-basement in the hotel, so the view was not so good. Water on the beach is with stones. Water slippers are recommended.

breakfast was not buffet. maybe the only skight downside to this lovely boutique hotel. Amazing matress and luxurious bathroom that you would not expect from a small hotel. A definite reccomendation

It is a great place to stay between Troy and Pergamon directly at the seafront and just 4 min to the main road. The staff was very kind. The rooms are very comfy. The best is the breakfast which is served on the restaurant terrace just 10m from the water. The restaurant is also very good.

The economy standard room isn't big. We knew that. But the bathroom was a bit too tiny for us. Next time we would upgrade.

Very pleasant staff who spoke great English and accomodated me at the last minute. Hotel has its own spot on the beach and is located close to everywhere you would want to go in Akçay. The bed was comfortable and bathroom/shower great as well. I'll stay again 🙂

Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean with fresh linens/towels, anything we needed. Food at the restaurant was perfect, especially breakfast. Great view of the ocean from the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, great position near shops and restaurants. Staff helpful very little English spoken, but we managed to sort things out.

The fact the pool was not open and the private beach was not set up. Seemly it would be another week or so before pool opened. which we believe should show on the website that the Turkish holidays start the 1st July then everything will be open. A lot of work was going on along the front so a lot of dust and noise. So instead of staying for one week, we stayed for 2 days.

The room was clean. The location was great. The restaurant was very nice, great breakfast and nice menu for other meals.

Room and the bathroom were very small but compact and clean. The staff needs to practice their English skills.
