The staff was phenomenal ms Theresa the front desk attendant went above and beyond her job to accommodate and great response and concern with our group👍👍👍👍 there was another young lady was very helpful and friendly too my husband left his belongings in the lobby she brought his belongings to the room technician hank you ms Theresa and crew
It was as clean not noisy the professional staff the complementary breakfast was good

The breakfast was good I didn't care for the coffee.
The coffee and the juice machine The coffee tasted weak like it was made with too much water and the juice in the machine tasted old.

I asked for a first floor room due to stairs being difficult for me and they provided that. It was very appreciated.
The bed was too hard. My back was killing me every morning. But it's okay everything else about it made my stay worth it.

The place was clean and bed was comfortable, the staff was nice.
The breakfast could be better, no boiled eggs no packs of grits. Over all it was fine.

The location was good and the area was quite
The room was nice but there was a bad odor from the refrigerator. A lot of noise through the AC unit in room 219. The breakfast could have been better also. The hotel was upgraded in a lot of areas but the bathrooms is still out dated.

It wasn’t any breakfast food available when my husband and I went down, I had to ask the front door were they going to restock, he did but I didn’t get a chance to eat because it took the food awhile to heat up

Nice clean quiet rooms. Comfortable beds
Housekeeping started nocking on the door @ 8/9am when checkout is @ 11am make sure you put the DO NOT DISTURB on the door if you wanna sleep in.
