This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been in. Everything is super clean, there is just about every type of food and fruit you can think of. the breakfast buffet is phenomenal. However even if all of those things weren’t great I’d come back just for the staff. I’ve never met more warmer, caring, friendlier staff in my life, no exaggeration. I’m blown away by the staff here, and it may sound cheesy but they really do make you feel like you’re part of their family. Just wow.

The only thing I didn’t like was that because I was in a room on the top floor, I would get woken up early by people doing weights in the gym directly above my room at around 6am. Normally that wouldn’t be an issue but I work until late and need a little sleep in to get adequate rest.

Noihg points as booked with booking.com I did not know and lost a lot of points because of it. Maybe it should be x stated that there will be no points if bookedcthrough them. My stay was 7 nights.

Well equipped, modern hotel, spacious set up and rooms. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Central location in Goiana

TV has no international channels. Pool area was closed, but overall very little to complain about.

I think the breakfast was good, a lot of variety. The hostess during breakfast was very nice and helpful.

having to pay extra. I always book at the Quality Inn and it is included when I stay. So I overlooked this and had to pay extra.

The hotel room is extremely spacious and comfortable. The heated swimming pool is excellent.

Tirik made the check in process super nice and easy. This is a nice, clean Hotel that I would say is nicer than in the U.S. And I travel alot.Don't waist your money on another Hotel!!!

My room was very nice but the neighbors were noisy. There were 3 nights that were bad. Marcelo from your staff was very helpful and responded with care and concern. I am thankful.

Exactly what you expect of a Holiday Inn. Effective and efficient. Quality facilities without having to pay for things that you won't use. Excellent location (for my needs).
