Check in took forever even being done before in the website, couple of info wasn’t saved and the waiting time was long. Maybe some extra help during high season would be a good start.

The price and the location was very good! The room was also a good point. Easy, simple and clean! Very easy to reach and very good structure!

The reception service took too long. The breakfast was horrible, a lot of noise, confusion and missing a lot of the options. We didn't enjoyed it and had to go for breakfast in other place!

Hotel gave us a connecting room for our 3-people group which was nice, gave us more space. Location is very quiet, great for sleeping and it’s in a good spot if you’re looking to stay closer to wine country vs. the city!

Hotel didn’t have AC running through it despite workers saying it was on (the temperature did not vary from inside to outside of the hotel). Being that we stayed during the summer season where days reach 35-40C, it was quite odd that they made the breakfast area right as you walked into the lobby. Food had clearly gone bad, cheese was goopy and melted. There was a myriad of insects and flies that flew into the lobby where we ate, inevitably finding their way to the food. I found two dead flies in my food- could not tell you if they were cooked in or if it was a consequence of the nature of the breakfast area. Tables were left dirty for over an hour and the first morning of our stay, we came down an hour before breakfast ended just to find no hot food available other than eggs. They didn’t replenish anything other than some fruits. Yesterday they ran out of plates but also, most tables were dirty with dishes, so I’m not sure where guests would’ve gotten dishware. We asked for city recommendations from the hotel attendant when we checked in but she didn’t really have anything to say. Said we could look at the pamphlets which we thought odd. Also, we were given connecting rooms but then the key card only worked for one door and the attendant that helped us open the room up (we had some troubles since the cards didn’t work for both rooms) said in no way could we close the connecting room’s doors because then we would have to call let to re-open them and the person left in the next room would not be able to get out because they wouldn’t be able to open their main door either since we didn’t have access. Not sure why that system is in place, seems like a massive fire hazard if someone were to accidentally lock themselves in there. Otherwise, things seemed okay. Location is pretty good granted it’s not in the city (which is told beforehand) and I think maybe service could be improved if they had more staff working???

Overall okay, nothing super special, breakfast was good.

Prices on the counter were cheaper than on booking, which upsets a lot.
