Loved this little gem of a guest house! It located in a very small, picturesque village outside of Tolmezzo and we booked here as a stop over on a long drive. The room was very spacious with lots of windows and a terrace off to the side. Although it was facing the street, we had no problems sleeping. The bar and restaurant are what make this place so special though. What a great last meal we had at the end of our vacation. Everything was of the best quality and served with love. The breakfast was also very nice. I great find!!

Weren't there long enough to try out their sauna area or more of their menu.

Nice small village in the "mountains", narrow roads, stone buldings. Seems like typical italian country side place. Our room was very comfortable in each wa (beds, BIG bathroom), with terrace (view on the mountains and also on the street). Windows can be absolutely protected from the outside light (wooden sunblinds - I love it). Helpful and kind stuff. Unfortunatelly, we could not stay longer, when we decided to did it (booked out)...

Tricky parking (few - 3 regular and some not ideal places in front of accommodation). Big parking place is about 200 m away. Not far, but I prefer to have car "on my eyes". One of us (we were 3) was complaining about noise from downstairs (caffe/bar), but I must say, it was pretty good isolated a I was afraid bit more. For me no problem, I must focused very well and then heard voices.

I like the bidet in the bathroom and also that we could park in front of the building. The fireplace is very interesting and gives a cosy feeling to the reception hall. Friendly staff. We felt like home. The cookies are great, do not miss to have a breakfast here! :)

Everything was perfect.

The food was really nice - we stayed for 2 days and both times we enjoyed the evening directly in the Hotel. Rooms were clean and prepared (good hotel standard). Breakfeast - keeping in mind to size of the Hotel - the breakfeast was satisfying and tasty.

This place was amazing, the reception area and bar, the restaurant and shop we even took advantage of the sauna. The dinner was amazing and the staff was so nice and it was fun to be surrounded by locals that shop and eat and drink there. Everyone was very welcoming.

What a find! I booked this whilst on a road trip and got an experience way beyond expectations.Amazing atmosphere and warm welcome from the team. The cherry on top, the food is exceptional - highly recommended

The neighbors who were super NOISY all night. Menu in restaurant : The dish we ordered was simple with a strange pitch.

Restaurant was excellent and bar atmosphere afterwards great

They close from 3 to 7 and there is only one other bar in town so there is nothing to do if it is raining and cold which it was. We felt a little like orphans - nearby towns had no offerings either.
