We liked EVERYTHING. From our warm welcome on arrival we were so impressed by everything. The room was spotless and the beds so comfortable with great amenities in the room. The things that stood out and made this place exceptional was there was a choice of pillows, the decor was fresh, bedspreads were modern and tailored not the usual faded 70's quilt covers or white striped sheet type. The room is a credit to the owner and it was very spacious. Even had bags for sanitary items, which is very rare these days unless you are staying in a 5 star hotel. Definitely the best accommodation of our 14 stops. Kudos to the owner.

There is NOTHING to not like.

The friendly staff and large room. There was a storm rolling in and we were going to go out for dinner, but the owner offered us dinner (cooked on site) and complimentary dessert. We had a wonderful time and beautiful meal and appreciated it very much.

There wasn't much pressure in the shower and the temperature fluctuated a lot, so couldn't get the right temperature and the knobs on the shower broken. But this is an easy fix I'm sure and the only negative of our stay. The positives definitely outweighed the shower problem.

Very clean and comfortable room. All appliances, toaster, kettle and electric frypan were new and in great condition. There was a kitchen sink as well as a bathroom sink which makes washing up easy and hygienic. Clean towels each day. Great value for money.

Concrete in the parking area needs attention but I'm pretty sure that this would be on the 'to do' list already as tidying up work is in progress around the grounds.

Clean, honest, friendly, great value. Everything in your room that's needed. Plus parking in front of your room. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't effect me personally but when i checked out the play area, looking at what was there, thinking ahead for my next visit possibly being with my children i did notice one of the seats on the swing set, the plastic was broken and I'm not sure what was in the sand maybe a fallen over or broken sea saw!

The owner of the property was amazing! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was out of town a little bit which was great and was very quiet. Would highly recommend this place to anyone regardless of how long you are staying. It has a pool as well as play equipment for kids.

There was nothing not to like.

Fresh linen, good quality in chic neutral shades... fresh air with temperature just right, excellent air conditioning... quiet, no noise.

Television sound poor; water pressure only medium..

It was very quiet, even though it was on one of the main roads in and out of town. Didn’t hear any of the traffic. Was a nice to be able to make meals in our room, and not have to go out to find somewhere for meals.

Host was wonderful and very accommodating to my needs. The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. The room was clean and well maintained. Check in and out was a breeze.

The mattress springs in the double bed were not the best.

Firm mattress was great - best overall during my whole trip. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Rooms were well sound proofed even though it was full.

The lady who booked me in was lovely , cheerful and helpful. The room was large , well equipped, and very reasonably priced.

Little bit out of town but really mot a problem
