To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the room, since I first booked it because of the convenient location, and only later read reviews about the smell and noise in the hotel. I was lucky, the room was clean without any unpleasant odors, I even took a fragrance, which fortunately was not needed. At night it was quiet and no one made noise, perhaps this is due to the fact that I arrived on a weekday. Breakfast is really good. The staff is friendly. On the hotel grounds there are cozy gazebos where old oak trees grow. Traveling alone in this hotel I felt comfortable and safe. This hotel is really good value for money.

-No fridge in the room (it was before) -Audibility is very high. No soundproof at all, it feels as people are in your room talking. The hotel is huge, many sport teams are stay there, they are very loud. So, soundproof is the most negatuve thing, all other is good.

The room didn’t have a way to properly block the sunlight in the early hours of the morning. Once the sun rises we couldn’t sleep anymore. It’s the only negative point. The staff was great. Very kind, helpful and professional! Also the buffet for breakfast and other meals was quite good.

- The room was exceptionally clean and all the surfaces were shiny. - I could check-in earlier. - On the arrival day, there was a welcome bottle of water in the room, and on the second one after the room service I found two new bottles. - They provide napkins for cleaning shoes in addition to toiletries. - Nice and cozy outside territory. - Pleasant music in the hall way. - Several grocery stores nearby.

- The walls seem to be so thin between the rooms that I could sometimes hear some neighbours. - The pillows were bit thin for me.

Good breakfast. Location is okay. A big shopping mall is nearby. Cleaning every day. Despite the room was old fashioned but it was pretty clean.

Very old hotel. Everything is outdated, I mean TV, furniture. Our room was on the last level- so the hot water came very long time, we had wait for 5 min. The jet in the shower also slow and sick. Everything else was good.

great breakfast, pancakes are amazing , team in the dining room was very hardworking. Don t go to get second cup of tea not taking you cooked pancakes with you-it will be cleaned up immediately :)

I was unlucky to catch school children season in that hotel I guess. From 20 to 40 little monsters were constantly screaming shouting jumping and tearing that hotel apart. Hopefully it won’t get a new crack on the walls once they all gone!!!

We are glad we chose this hotel despite some bad reviews. Nice room, breakfast food fresh and delicious.

The rooms need to be cleaned better, because candy and other things were thrown by the bed.

Breakfast was delicious! Room was clean and nice. Big bathroom with hairdryer:)

A bit cold at night- had to use 2 quilts. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Disabled rooms, warm, clean, lifts, lovely food, free parking, friendly staff

The only thing that once we have extended our stay, one lady at reception was promising disabled room for over a week, saying come and remind me this day, then this day.... But we still haven't been able to get it... for almost two weeks... Existing customers could be prioritised and possibly pre-booked in advance for a certain service....or at least not promised.

We stayed only for one night, while driving through Warsaw. For us hotel was in convenient location, with parking place available, room was big enough, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, good wifi.

The staff of hotel looks either very tired or not motivated, but I could say, that they were polite. So, it is either too much work to do, or something to be revised in motivation overall, I think it could improve hotel performance.
