We were two women travelling so loved that Ferdinando carried our bags up and down the stairs for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Anna and Ferdinando were very attentive to our needs, checking in we were ok. Breakfast was great! We could help ourselves to whatever we wanted in the communal kitchen. The outdoor area and pool was wonderful on a hot summer afternoon and we had it all to ourselves. The beds were lovely and comfy and I had a lovely view over that area from my room. Room was very clean and fantastic air conditioning! We were just passing through lamezia for the night but loved the town and got treated beautifully everywhere we went. Very happy!

The rooms are big and spacious and as me and my friend were the only ones there we had full use of the kitchen to make our breakfast. The kitchen was well stoked with what we needed like milk, eggs, yoghurt, cereal and some cakes. It is in a good location near some nice restaurants but in a quiet area.

I think if you stayed in the holiday season when the hotel is busy the kitchen would be a bit cramped if there is more than 2 of you trying to make breakfast at once. We never saw any staff here while we stayed which we liked but if you did want to fond out information on anything it could be a bit tricky.

we liked the orange room because of its floor to.ceiling windows with view over the rooftops of Lamezia. as seen from the bed. Spacious bath attached and another side room with sleeping couch. Smooth and easy handling through owners of the place, assisting also with recommendations on dinner locations for example. Quiet but central Location. Breakfast room always with selection of cakes, fridge and cooker. Attentive Housekeeping

Beautiful old house in excellent historical town centre location. Very clean. Anna our host was friendly helpful answering all our questions beforehand on how to get there and how much taxi should cost. When we arrived she met us in the evening and showed us the breakfast room and the cake she had just made.

Breakfast options good but would have liked a bit less sugary stuff maybe more fruit or cheese and fresh bread.

We love the location of Casa Lissania! This trip we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and pool! Thank you again for another wonderful stay with you Ferdinando!! See you next summer!

Everything was very nice. Clean, safe, and close to a business district with shops, eateries, and there is a nearby Conad store. The suite is one of four owned by the host in a common hallway, but each is very private. Two face a garden in the back and two face the city.

It was all good.

Large rooms and bathroom. Pleasant environment and great location. Breakfast was available at all times. The manager was easy to talk to and to respond to our requests.

The main problem for us was that the room is on a second floor by stairs, which was not expected. This was very unpleasant since we are older guests and have knee problems. Another small problem we had was the lack of hot water during the first night. However, this problem was fixed the next day after we reported it.

Great place, beautiful garden, in ancient surroundings. Very pleasant experience. Very tasteful traditional cakes are available in the kitchen all day long.

Very kind and hospitable hosts. They were happy to provide us with an invoice for our stay. Spacious and welcoming rooms with their own style. The breakfast area is available all day and at a convenient time for everyone. Free parking nearby as long as you find a space. Location is good. Strongly recomend.

The bed is stylish but creaky, there was no heating in the bathrooms (years ago it was available).
