Calm and comfortable. Easy to get to the Giara Di Gesturi and Su Nuraxi di Barumini. Excellent breakfast which set us up for the day and we were so well looked after by the wonderful lady Milena. The usage of the washing machine was much appreciated as it allowed us to travel with less packing. Beautiful house, great food, lovely surroundings and wonderful people. The perfect break.

Excellent location with plenty to do in surrounding area. It was a beautiful B&B - our rooms were very comfortable & the decor was very artistic. Our host was lovely & very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was outstanding. Our only word of advice for future visitors is that all restaurants in Gesturi are closed on a Monday which took us unawares.

The location, if a little remote, was exceptionally beautiful - one can only experience this type of peace and ethereal beauty when travelling just a little further off the beaten path. There was plentiful coffee in the morning to fuel our adventures of the day and delicious breakfast prepared by our host.

The only thing I would change (and this is simply because I prefer not to self-drive) is if they could provide an airport transfer. However we were able to hire a driver for the commute from Cagliari to Gesturi and the house matron was able to help secure transport for return leg.

It was like staying in a well-off friends house. Everything was immaculate and perfectly kept. The gardens were beautiful and very well maintained. The house is very quiet and in a good location for nearby sites. Breakfast was good.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful fully renovated Borgo, in the old centre. Staff was there for all needs.

This is a relaxing and quiet place in the sleepy town of Gesturi with good access to the Barumini Nuraghe and Giara altoplano (wild horses). We had the ground floor king room, which had a bedroom, bathroom and room with a sofa; all very beautifully decorated. There are a lot of Asian influences in the decoration as well as art work all around. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast is very good. There are plenty of seating areas inside as well as outside, where you can enjoy the swallows dipping above the (small) pool. The real gem of this place is Melina.

Not a dislike but to create awareness. We originally booked the twin/double room on the first floor which is an apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom a living area and a private terrace. When you select this option be aware that if you come as a couple only one bedroom is available (the other will be shut - fair enough). We chose this option because we prefer not to have guests on the floor above us as we experienced noise from upper floors in other places in the past, and the advantage of having a private terrace. To be honest we did not realise until the second day of our stay that we had been moved to another room (our mistake). Fortunately there were not many other guests (and they were quiet so not a lot of noise from the apartment above us) so the change of rooms wasn't a big issue and everything was dealt with satisfactorily upon discussing this. The roads in Gesturi are narrow so be aware when you are not a confident driver.
