Very clean, wooden nice cabana, built in nature, close to city but a bit remote so very quiet, nice breakfast with nice fresh juices, nice lake view, friendly staff, kindly giving us hints of touristic places (volcán, mirador, salto Huilo Huilo, terms geométrica, salto del buey, etc.), excellent!

The last 30m is high slippery slope with gravel therefore a bit of efforts you need to make, though 2WD car still works.

Wonderful views of the lake and of the volcano. Peaceful and rustic with chickens, cats & dogs roaming around. Glad we paid the extra for breakfast as it was lovely!

The chairs indoors were not particularly comfortable, but bed was comfy.

The studio had a beautiful view over the lake and was very comfortable, decorated in log cabin-style. Having a fridge in the room made it great for storing snacks and drinks, and was much-appreciated. I loved that there was a kettle also, so that I could make my own tea. It was so peaceful and quiet, exactly the kind of relaxing stay I was hoping for. Breakfast was fantastic and very filling - freshly cooked scrambled eggs, hot bread, butter, a cheese & meat plate, a yoghurt and small cake with tea and coffee and juice meant I was so full that I didn’t eat again until dinner. A great stay and I’d definitely choose it again! (Also, previous reviews point out that the road to the hotel is bad because it’s unpaved: it is, but only for 100 metres or so and it’s perfectly drive-able in a standard saloon car like I had).

The shower had no cold water whatsoever. It was so piping hot that I couldn’t stand directly under it for fear of scalding myself.

The cabins were arranged for privacy and to find beautiful views, set in an orchard. It was far enough from town to see the stars well.

En general todo excelente

The breathtaking view of Lago Panguipilli makes the location of this hotel outstanding. The turkeys, chickens, ducks, a little dog, birds, and cats add to the magic of this place. The cabin itself was very cozy and the beds were quite comfortable. Also, the breakfast was delicious but could use a little variation.

The only problem we faced during our 10-day stay was the shower in cabin 9. The water was either super hot or very cold. Thus, we were forced to juggle between these two options. That shower or water-heating system needs to be fixed ASAP because it is really inconvenient and unpleasant having to take a shower under this condition. Although I informed the staff about the issue, the problem wasn’t fixed. However, we we were offered to change cabins to a cabin with a less attractive setting and a smaller living area. Besides these negatives, it was evident that the previous guests had smoked inside that cabin because the smell of cigarette was impregnated in the rooms. Obviously, we didn’t take that option and decided to deal with the shower issue for 10 days.
