The property is extremely clean and well staffed. Every employee we met was gracious and went out of their way to serve guests. I utilized the massage service and enjoyed a head to toe professional and relaxing experience. The breakfast provided as a part of the rate was bountiful and offered all that one could want/ need. The negative reviews I read previous to my arrival must have been drafted from those who have somewhat unrealistic expectations. Hotels outside of Quito are Not necessarily going to be predictable big box hotels in other countries. Embrace the fact you are near to the Amazon and be glad to have this hotel offering in El Coco. I did not see ONE other hotel that could begin to compare!!! Also much appreciated were the in room air conditioning as well as the restaurant. Don’t expect that elsewhere in El Coco.

The room was very comfortable. We had to stay a week when we had Covid.
The restaurant had a smaller menu than we would have liked. The cost was a little high but being sick we needed a comfortable place to get better.

Cleanly, great breakfast buffet, close to the airport, and provides an airport shuttle. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating. We met the manager and he was very welcoming!

Great pool, and hot water in the shower. Great AC, too!
Hot tub wasn’t working and menu was limited - but I can only determine those were COVID protocols.

Spacious room, welcoming and flexible staff, good breakfast.
Price doesn’t match what you get. Water in the pool didn’t look that clean, bed sheets are yellowish, air con very loud. Rates are Too expensive for a hotel that shows its age. Still, probably the best option in Coca.
