This was once a single family home which is hard to believe. The grounds are very pretty and it is also a wellness resort. We had four families traveling together and we were able to visit with each other and have breakfast and sit and have drinks in the evening. We had two rooms - one for parents and one for the children. Ours had an extra twin bed which worked out well when one of our sons wanted to come in with us.

Through my own lack of understanding I did not realize the pool was only for the spa guests. We were traveling with children and promised a pool. oops The access to the pool was an added fee per day and not designed for children.

I really liked almost everything. From the entrance you can see really nice situated hotel in front of the mountain Massive. It has really nice garden and it is well maintained as all the property. There was a really nice welcoming lady at the reception who helped us with all our questions. I can not say anything about wellness because we did not try. We found a really nice lake about 1h by car so we prefered natural swimming. Parco Lavino is about 20-30min by car. The room was very clean with a balcony with a view to the mountain massive. I can say that whole property was really well cleaned. The included breakfest was also very satisfying. I did not like the presentation, it was little bit old-school, but that is the problem in whole Italy and also mine, because I am working in the industry for a long time and I saw a lot of better presented breakfasts. On the other hand the product served was really high quality with local production and own production. Everyone who take the breakfast should ask for the peach juice. We did get a dinner here because there were some home restaurants around that we wanted to try. I am pretty sure that they are doing pretty good ala carte dinner because the restaurant was quite busy in the evening and the menu was nice structured. What I really appreciated was the economy of the hotel. Whoever runs the building puts a lot of emphasis on saving both resources and the environment, but at the same time the guest was not disadvantaged. All

There's not much to say here, the hotel practically works great. I know from personal experience that it is the frequent presence of the manager (although I think it was directly owner). With this I would like to thank him very much for the stay. Maybe I would mention only 2 things that I missed but they are really small things and that is the light on the balcony although it is only a matter of time when it will be finished because the electrical wiring is ready for it. And the second thing is the missing little handle on the outside of the balcony door so that the guest can close the door when they want to spend time outside.

The staff are great! The restaurant is wonderful they use local ingredients with attention to detail. Options for meat eaters as well at vegetarian. This is a boutique resort and is a lovely quiet oasis. The spa is extra but well worth it if you order the finger food lunch it will easily feed two! I hope to return here one day. It was very special.

The only thing I would recommend is to have bath robes for smaller guests. And a size smaller “flip flops”. I would suggest they provide hair conditioner and body lotion along with the shampoo and bath soap.

Great peaceful location, close enough to main roads. Elegant place with a great bathroom and a superb restaurant. A classic location for events.

Unfortunately the SPA closes at 8pm and there is no access after 6pm (mon to thurs).

Looks great, smart and a convenient Supermarket across the road.

No evening meal available to guests on a Friday unless we paid extra to join a Spa event and breakfast whilst nice was limited.

Most everything about the property was enjoyable.

Did not understand how to keep the air conditioning on without the key in the electrical deck when sleeping.

Not to be able to use the swimming pool for free or to benefit from a discount to use the Spa

Great hotel, brilliant location for exploring the area, The staff were all helpful and friendly, room was clean and had a comfortable bed and a good shower. Very good value for money and happy to go back again. Great view from our room, as the picture shows.

Very little to not like. The most difficult thing was everything, of course, being in Italian, but Google translate worked well.

Sound proofing could be better.. noise from adjacent room and the near by highway. Dinner menu is a bit pricy. Hotel guests should get a discount in spa entry fee
