The location and scenery was very nice. The rooms were spacious and good. The staff at the front desk were very polite and supportive.

The staff/ attendent at pool was not co-operative. The in room dining experience was pathetic. All the orders took a lifetime to get delivered and everything and I mean "everything" was delivered cold and soggy. Nobody was ready to cleanup the used utensils and finally at midnight we had to keep the things outside the room ourselves.

Spacious property in serene surroundings. Loved the peace and tranquility. Staff was considerate to allocate good rooms to accommodate our pets.

The road to the property should be fixed. Quality of the mattress has deteriorated. This could be improved.

The location of the hotel was amazing The reception or front desk was fabulous The highlight was the huge terrace where we could do camp fire in the evenings!

The double bedrooms all had twin beds put together, this was very uncomfortable! They could do with better mattresses.

Loaction and food was good. The staff was courteous and helpful. Good options for kids entertainment too.

Swimming pool should be temperature controlled and timings should be till night

Sterling Mount Abu is having all amenities along with google location, its room, garden, pool, Dining all are very good. Their staffs are well supportive

The property is at nice location, probably one of the best in the area, visible from the town, breakfast has many options, views are amazing, food was very good

The Property had all the facilities & comforts one expects from a good Resort. The location was ideal & the staff was prompt

The Resort mentioned it was ‘pet-friendly’ & yet had numerous restrictions about pet. We had initially planned to bring our pet but had to shelve the idea.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful and quiet part of Mt Abu. Views from hotel room and pool were stunning. Pool was lovely and very clean.

The location is superb & the view from my room was breath taking. Will surely visit again to enjoy the property

Location near to the town but not inside makes it a peaceful place to stay. The cleanliness and welcoming nature of the hotel and staff attracts more visitors. All amenities and leisure activities are well maintained
