Great location, junior suite room was spacious. Value for money outstanding. Lovely hotel everything so clean and new and wonderful service from staff. Gave us the details for a brilliant taxi service. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room is considered well made.

The hotel is just 5 storey high. The Deluxe Twin and Superior Twin is the same room type and size just that the Deluxe room is situated on the higher floor which is on 4th & 5th floor. The Superior rooms were situated on the lower floors 2nd & 3rd. The front counter staff was not easy on guest. We have stayed with family (elderly parents) taking two Superior Twin rooms on the first night and the next day, we needed to extend. We then requested to stay on the same rooms as we have elderly parents and wished to not to move room for lesser hassle and time disruption. The front counter insisted that we have to take the Deluxe room which is USD 20 higher/per room and to move guests to the same room type and size despite charging more. If the Deluxe room type and size is better than Superior room, we would not mind paying more. The views from the Deluxe room aren’t nice too, overlooking some old building and carpark. There isn’t any views to talk about in the Deluxe rooms. We extended the room for the third night to Superior Twin and the front counter staff made us move our room to 3rd Floor again. All In all, we move our rooms twice during three days’ stay in the hotel.

Cable TV and the aircon. Room service was good and the food.

Staff and the manager was rude. Didn't even do the traditional Thai sawadee sign with their hands with us. I felt insulted. Location was in hidden small streets hard to find in gps
