Got here in the state for the first time to appear for an interview and this hotel and the staff exceeded my expectations by a far mile. Great rooms, super clean, food’s superb and the staff at the counter and off it - just great and welcoming! It made coming here so much easier and smoother.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, AC and Fan were working and the room was clean. Most of all the staff was very kind and accommodating: they bought toilet paper just for me, provided me with free breakfast and opened the kitchen to cook lunch just for me. The property has a nice green inner yard and is located away from the street which made it feel very safe and calm.

The staff accidentally opened the wrong room at first. A single room option would be great!

Location is Good, Room structure is so so. Staff is so help-full & cooperative. Property provides bluetooth speaker which is too good.

Wall putti coming out, Room phone is not working, Light got fluctuation sever time. Each property provide water bottle on comp basis but this property charge the water bottle. Room getting stinking & cobweb found in room washroom.

Great hotel in Muzaffarpur. Nice and clean rooms, balcony, elevator. Large parking . Very quiet place in the noisy city. Food is good, there is room service. Polite and helpful staff. Good value for money.

We reached quite lqte All the hotel was booked for a wedding but the staff offered us a suite for the pride of deluxe room

It is very nice place and hotel, rooms are very clean, staffs are very supportive and coapratives , foods are very delicious.
