The property was on a very nice location, off the road on a hill overlooking the historical town of Orte. We were greeted very nicely by the owner with a lot of hospitality. The appartment was bigger than I expected and came with a kitchen/living room, bathroom, and seperate bedroom. We were also offered a typical sweet Italian breakfast and sweets at the property, including the possibility to make our own coffee in the morning. Since we had to leave again early, we requested an early breakfast, which was delivered very punctually and was very nice! The property was also very clean and well-maintained, and there were ample towels and other toiletries in the bathroom. There was also airconditioning in the living room and bedroom, which made our stay very comfortable since it was quite warm.

The bed was not the best, but since we were very tired from the journey we still had a decent night of sleep.

The perfect house and spot for a relaxing few days by a lovely pool with breathtaking views! Such a lovely hostess who despite not speaking English, was extremely helpful and friendly, using a translator app where necessary to offer us lifts, if we were stuck. Extremely spacious apartment with large outdoor area, very well equipped kitchen and strong Wi-Fi signal. Couldn’t fault the property itself at all!!

If not driving, the property is on a rather steep hill so would struggle getting a big shop up by foot. However, we were given a lift one day and sourced a taxi with ease for another day so if the shop is planned out this isn’t a problem at all for staying a few nights. And with the free shuttle service offered we were collected from and brought back to the train station when arriving and leaving, which was perfect for us given we were not driving!

This is a very large house set in it's own grounds with an excellent view of the old town of Orte on the other side of the valley. The suite was huge, extremely clean, and had everything you needed to cook for yourself. There is a supermarket about 10 mins drive away at the bottom of the hill. Fresh pastries delivered each day for breakfast - perfect. Extremely quiet and with a small but very nice swimming pool with plenty of space to lie in the sun after a dip. Great location for visiting Orte and the surrounding countryside

It's at the end of a 1 km dirt road.

Beautiful place tucked away from the highway with stunning views. Large appartment with big bedrooms and very accommodating owner & safe parking. A great place, & I look forward to returning. ** Just a caution on the road getting to the accommodation, as it is dirt. In some places it was a little rocky & slippery, so could be challenging on motorbikes & larger vehicles.

Beautiful location and very comfortable for group stays.

We were too early for the pool to be ready for the season which is fine, it was all really good.

The view from the porch and pool on this place is absolutely lovely. I stayed the night on my way to Tuscany to rest up after a long trip from the states. Woke up to the stunning view for an early morning swim. Great value.

Nice location on the hillside. Remote and quiet. Best for relaxation. Orte is on the other hill, nice view. The pool was nice, not too small. The host seems friendly but no real communication was possible.

No English spoken. Only Google Translate. Or the 12yo daughter who can help do basic translation if around. WIFI signal non existent on the 1.floor and even if, there is no usable internet connection. TV only Italian channels.

This was a very clean, spacious, two bedroom apartment. Easy to find, with a great view!! We were pleasantly surprised to get fresh pastries in the morning before we departed.
