Wow! We have stayed in a lot of hotels, from Olymia WA to Miles City, and this was by far the best one. We had a big king suite, which fit our family of five perfectly with a comfy rollaway bed as well. The hotel was sparkling clean, fresh water waiting for us and cookies and corn nuts! They even had 24 hour coffee and a big pot of soup at 5:00 for anyone to enjoy! They thought of EVERYTHING! ALSO, every single person working there was kind, helpful, and sweet. The breakfast lady....what an angel! Great breakfast! Best of all! Thank you Miles City Hotel!!

You just can't improve on this perfection!

The hotel is nice and clean, beds are comfortable, and pool is warm enough to enjoy. The continental breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. The food seems home cooked. Thick cut bacon, omelet muffins, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, they even have a parfait bar which my daughter was a huge fan of. Staff were also very friendly and pleasant to talk to. They go above and beyond to deliver a good experience. We drive through often and will definitely stop again.

Nice, clean motel, pleasant helpful staff, yummy breakfast that included healthy vegetarian options for me, free soup and crackers in the evening, cookies and chocolate at the front desk, small gift bag of pen and protein granola bars upon leaving, nice warm pool, comfortable bed and pillows, clean, good parking, and i had requested main level floor for my aging husband and they accododated that.

Apparently, it's a very popular place, so the pool was crowded. (Our granddaughter enjoyed it anyway.)

Great breakfast. Breakfast was served from a nice hot table--the cook handled the food, not each guest. Great yogurt and fresh fruit options.

The place is quite clean, but I think that like most hotels these days, it's hard to get good help. I'm talking very minor housekeeping issues, all resolved quickly by the very competent management. I00 percent I'm staying there again the next time I'm in MC.

I didn’t expect much. It looks like an average hotel. The thing is, it kind of is, but the owner and the staff care SO MUCH. They put little gift bags on the door. There is a mountain of fresh fruit for breakfast. Everyone is so nice. Look at the wall of employees. They all stay there forever! The work environment must be good.

We have stayed there quite a few times and reception is always very friendly. I always look forward to staying there on our way to our son's and his family. Breakfast is great and always enjoy the soup that is offered in the evening.

I haven't had any bad or unpleasant experiences when we have been there.

A prime location with over the top customer service! Rooms were roomy and comfy. Staff was way above average with attention to your needs and details. Breakfast was hand served with many additional choices. A goody bag was on our room door when we checked out!

walls are thin could hear people talking even words were clear maybe cause it was an adjoining room? refrigerator was very very noisy, finally had to just unplug it. no body wash only bar soap

Everything about this hotel was awesome. From the fresh pot of hot soup waiting upon our arrival to the made to order breakfast the next morning. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Super clean! Friendly staff and the best hotel coffee I've ever had. Also offers a pet friendly version located across the street. They even send you off with a goody bag full of snacks in the morning.

A heavier blanket offered in the winter months would be appreciated. I like to keep the room cool at night and use warm blankets to keep warm instead of using a heater.

Evening staff..an elderly gentleman very nice and welcoming😁 told us where everything was in the facility and that there was still some soup left if we were hungry. We had a nice stay even tho water wasn't able to be drank at the time and the lady serving breakfast sounded as though she would rather be anywhere but work. All in all nice establishment and enjoyed our stay.
