The location was excellent, right down the street from the major piazzas of the town. the hotel was two blocks from the weterfront.

The check in person was so soft spoken that she was difficult to understand. I am hearing impaired and she made no attempt to make herself heard. She seemed extremely shy. The parking was ridiculous. I paid to park on the grounds, had to squeeze into a very small space, while the check in person offered no help to guide me at all. Also, although I paid to park, I parked in one of the open. spaces once and was forced to move my car (again, although I had paid) because someone "had reserved the space." Seems like typical Italian machismo bullshit, but that's the way things go in Italia. But it is a big plus that parking is available.

Good location, good price, spacious room, clean, self check-in, wifi.

It took some 10 minutes until the water in the shower got warm, the way the shower is built makes it almost impossible to not make the whole bathroom floor wet. Instructions for self check-in were only in Italian.

The owner was very friendly and gave some advice on the area. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great and we walked to numerous site seeing spots and restaurants. They offered a very good breakfast.

Walking distance to park, port and shops. Pleasent and friendly service, very convenient processes. Bikers and motobikers friendly. Good wifi.

A bit noisy (by latecomers) as rooms are directly connected to main halls.

A very nice and small hotel near the center of San't Antioco. We had a large room 28 sqm with a quite spacy bathroom and a terrasse/balcony with two chairs and small table. The room was nicely decorated following the "color-philosophy" of the hotel, but very decently and not too colourful like on some pictures. Walking distance to city centre 5 to 10 minutes. Although the hotel is located at the main street of the city, it was very quiet during the night. Breakfast was ok, especially nice that it can be taken outside in the garden under some palm trees. Overall a very good stay.

The staff could be somewhat more attentive. At checkout the lady was doing many things in parallel, and told me the room is already paid via booking.com, so I didn't even get a bill or receipt for the stay. To me it seemed she wanted to do other things and save the time to prepare my bill. It was hard to discuss because staff has only limited English skills.

The breakfast was very good, the garden was pretty enjoyable and the pool was clean and very nice to have given the hot weather of the day! The localisation was ideal, nearby everything to see. The owners were very very nice, there was always someone to call for help, the lady owner even gave me a kettle for me to make my tea in my room.

The price was high, but I mean, great breakfast, a garden, a pool, a cat; worth it :)

The Staff there were kind and helpful. The room we had was also a real relaxation. The food there was delicious.

I like the concept of the hotel, large, very clean room. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was nice. Garden in a front of hotel was beautyfull. Swiming pool was Ok- privte one Because we were there alone ;)) The town is not interesing at all but the island can offer you really nice beaches and places if you have a car
