- amazing breakfast and dinner, great selection, everyday a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, many different meat choices, two different soups, egg variety for breakfast, we loved it - a great place for kids, amazing new outside playground, inner playroom, a special pool for kids with a lot of toys - we loved the room (bedroom + living room) and a huge balcony with perfect view - friendly staff, everyone was smiling and very helpful - I forgot my swimsuit at home, so big thumbs up for the idea of offering swimsuits on the pool floor - food shop (Biedronka) very close to the hotel in case you need to buy anything - lovely pizza place just across the street - a lot of things to do around

- I think it would be nice to improve the parking sign when you arrive for the first time, we were not sure where to park the car when we needed to check in - parking place is paid, which I believe should not be necessary in 5-star hotel, especially when you don't have many other choices on how to get to the hotel - the inner playroom deserves some attention, I appreciate the wooden toys (not plastic everywhere), but most of them were broken, the plastic toys were quite dirty, all coloring books were already colored etc. we strongly preferred the outside playground.

Great events for little kids, my daughter was happy to attend them. Game room is cool. Wonderful restaurant with kind staff and delicious food. Decent breakfast, but queues everywhere for everything. Good parking garage, but difficult entrance for lower cars. Spacious rooms, but perfume was too aggressive.

A lot of people everywhere. Decided not to even try to go to the pool area. There are 3 elevators which seem to be programmed poorly, you have to wait all the time, so stairs was the only option. Would not go there without little kids.

New beautiful modern hotel, lobby, swimming pool, sauna. Good breakfast but not as expected for 5 shafts hotel.

This isn't 5starts hotel. No amenities in room as lotion, no bag for laundry, etc... Breakfast is has big variety but it is basic breakfast not as expected in level of 5 stars. Gym is very poor. The hotel is very big but the gym is very very small as just to put in the hotel description that there is gym....!! Omelette stand in breakfast is only 1 !! Need wait long for the omelette. So many peoples were there, need wait 20-30 min. Swimming pool/sauna - from 8:30 PM children are forbidden to be there, but it doesn't really force by the team. So still so much noise and couples can't have it as should. Conclusion - better go to other hotel that give the real atmosphere of 5 stars and pay.

Big rooms, good breakfast,spa,pools. Spa area is only for adults after 20:30.

I booked two “deluxe” rooms . One was deluxe with beautiful Mountain View but second with construction view for the same price.

The hotel is located in a picturesque place. Our room had a view of the mountains. Besides the hotel itself, there are many interesting places around. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the pools are clean, and the food is delicious. The children's animation was interesting and appropriate, there was a playground, trampolines - my child had fun. I would recommend taking breakfast and dinner. There is a rotation of dishes and a great variety of them. There is a separate children's menu as well. Props to restaurant workers. They work like bees. We got a great value for money.

This does not apply to us, as we are traveling with a child, but for those who prefer a quieter environment, this place may not be suitable. There were many children in the hotel, and it is expected that they will make a lot of noise, especially during breakfast and dinner.

The food was great, though, on the less busier days the selection of dishes was not very creative. The heated swimming pool for kids was a hit. Kids can stay there for hours without getting cold. The design of the hotel is great! Stylish and comfortable. I loved how much entertainment they have for the kids! Since there is not much to do around the hotel in the summer months, except for hiking, you are mostly staying in if you have younger kids. So the animation was really helping us out!

I wish there was a broader food selection for dinners. There is a bunch of black rubber pieces from the slide floating around in the kids pool. Not very pleasant seeing that stuff floating there. I hope there is a better solution. The carpet in the room was quite dirty. The gym fits 2.5 people max. Not much equipment variety. Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay and would love to be back, especially if the points above are addressed.

New hotel with great breakfast. Amazing dinner (included) - every day there was a new menu and delicious food. Very pleasant staff who were happy to help. Great location and hotel facilities. Clean and spacious room with a balcony. Daily cleaning. There were few people. No one bothered anyone else. Open private parking on the hotel premises 40 PLN per day. We always found a place for the car. Underground parking 60 PLN. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The spa is good, there are several saunas, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool.

There are some shortcomings that, in principle, did not prevent us from having a good time and did not affect the overall rating. The water temperature in the jacuzzi is 34 degrees - this is cool (the Internet recommends 38 degrees). Children are allowed to do everything - go to the sauna, jacuzzi, big adult pool. It's strange. In all hotels children are not allowed to go to SPA zones, only to designated areas. And the water pressure in the shower was weak.

Modern & family-friendly hotel with a broad range of amenities & courteous, multilingual staff. Superb food served by the a la carte restaurant but also at the dinner buffet. Various activities offered by the hotel (indoor and outdoor swimming, gym, gaming room, live music at the hotel bar, E-Bike rental & more). 10-15 minutes walk to the mountain cable car and the village center.

Everything is charged separately and especially for a baby bed, no separate fee should apply in a 5 star hotel. Parking also comes at an extra fee despite anyone who is staying at the hotel is coming by car. Breakfast and dinner can become very crowded and loud with all the families, especially during peaks. Consider the a la carte or external restaurants if you are sensitive about noise.

Elegant building, comfortable and spacious room with lots of storage space, friendly staff

This hotel seems like a fantastic choice for families, but I wouldn’t suggest it for couples traveling without kids. The common areas are quite noisy, and the pools tend to be overcrowded. Additionally, the outdoor pool lacks a pleasant view. Breakfast can be quite overwhelming due to the chaos and limited seating, which may require waiting in line. We also found that toiletries did not include a dental set, and we had to pay extra for that. Parking is not included and costs between 35-60 PLN per day. When we requested champagne glasses from the reception, we were directed to the lounge bar instead. Overall, the service fell short of our expectations.

Good pools and free classes, like yoga which it was very good. Very family-friendly place. The room was super spacious. Good food in restaurant, though space for breakfast is too tight and it’s always crowded. Staff was very nice in the reception.

The pillows were super bad, like having nothing. Room cleaning always came when we were in the room, not properly organized to provide the service, honestly. The gym is super small and not comfortable to use if there are more than 2 people there. This could be very much improved, considering it’s a 5 stars hotel.
