Proximity to events we attended Clean Very courteous staff

Dresser looked like something from a thrift store. TV was a bit smaller than I would have liked and remote volume and channel down did not work. Breakfast fare was not as appealing as other hotels we've frequented at similar costs.

Every staff personnel I encountered was awesome, very helpful and genuinely nice. The breakfast had good options (waffle maker, fruit, cereal, heat and go sandwiches, yogurt, milk, juice, etc). The room was clean and smell free. They even have a channel guide flyer in the room which was very helpful.

The carpet in the room looked fairly worn, along with some of the furniture, nothing majorly broken though. Also, the pool was still closed for repairs; I was told it had been almost a year due to the 3rd party construction company making the repairs. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as you can hear the highway in the room (hotel backs right up to the highway).

The exterior was bright, landscaped nicely, and spacious. Front desk staff was kind, engaging, and looked happy to be at work. The check-in process was easy. Lobby was well maintained. The room was large , clean, and well maintained. The pool and whirlpool were clean, attractive, and in good condition.

I wish my stay was longer. I did not see any negatives during my stay.

I love the overall setup and location. Even though renovation was happening, it still felt welcoming and clean.

Switching to hard wood style rooms makes sound bounce around. It will take time to get used to. Maybe adding some art pieces to deaden the noise a bit.

The Staff was accomodating and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good.

The jacuzzi felt great, but the water could have been cleaner. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Location was perfect

Turning on the heat the first morning and the fire alarm going off in my room due to a buildup of construction dust created by rhe work going on in the hotel this was embarrassing and humiliating

Located close to the highway, restaurants and gas stations. The staff was super friendly and our room was clean. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good.

Outdated property decor wise, but it was clean. Breakfast could be better but it had the basics to be considered a light breakfast.

The breakfast is decent and unlike 95% of hotels in the area they actually have a gym. The rooms are generally serviceable. Staff is friendly and helpful, though the desk clerk couldn't figure out how to email me a digital copy of my receipt.

For the amenities and location, the rooms are a little pricey. If I wasn't a federal employee traveling on the government rate, I wouldn't stay here.

Clean, clean, and clean. The price was reasonable and we had a great time. Restaurants right in the same location. Makes it conveniently located.

Maybe a little more breakfast options.
