Location is unbeatable! Close to a lot of restaurants, bakeries and nightlife. Breakfast was really good and even at the highest occupancy rate, it was quiet and easy to move about. Bathroom was a good size, with a wonderful shower.

The bed was a disappointment... hard mattress and uncomfortable pillows. Housekeeping was very wasteful, throwing away recently opened toiletries and even discarding our purchased water. They also forgot to tidy up our room on one occasion.

Amazing location, great rooms, everything comfy, great sheets and pillows, reasonable price, nice breakfast - lots of options.

There was a bath tube and no bath gel. The pool is at the bar, which is open to outsiders so you can be swimming and having people eating sushi right next to the pool. Feels a little weird. It’s a small space to share a restaurant and a guest pool.

The location was very good. Close to the city park, also easy to get to the biggest shopping in Ribeirao. The room was fair, the looks for the hotel are good.

The swimming pool was not clean and the water not heated, for an hotel like this they could have arranged a heated pool already. The bed size could be king as well. Also, the breakfast, could have more options, including some on request.

Breakfast, bedroom and gym equipments were great

Safety of the garage was bad. Anyone could get in and the key to my car was on top of it. The water fountain is not working in the gym. Hotel hallways were really hot. Mattress were too bouncy.

Well-located, modern architecture and spacious rooms. Everything is brand new and smells amazing. Breakfast is okay, and the 11th bar has a beautiful view of the city.

The air conditioning didn’t adjust to the temperature we wanted (it was too cold) and we had to exchange rooms. Waited too long to check out because there was just one person at the reception.

Good and quiet location, amazing and stylish rooms with good space. We quite enjoyed the bath tube as well.

Breakfast was a big disappointment for the level and style of the hotel. I'd expect this level of breakfast at Ibis not here.
