Location, value for money, free parking, clean, two separate bedrooms, separate kitchenette with microwave & refrigerator, safe, public transport nearby, friendly staff, vending machines for emergency food at night. This is student residence which becomes a spring/summer lodging for four months May-Aug, for outside guests

When we entered the suite #203 around 4pm, the temperature was perfect. At night, it was hot hot hot. Despite lowering the thermostat to a chilling 60degF, it was hot. Either it was ventilation, air not circulating, A/C not responding, I don't know. My sister in suite 201 complained about the same issues. Beds are double and too small for two adults or two teenagers. Front counter Staff unavailable overnight.

Splendid that separate bedrooms were available. Generally quite clean (except for some gum on the bathroom floor). Wonderful view onto a beautiful pond and green space.

Not obvious how to find the place, just another building on campus. Our taxi driver had to guess how to find it, which wasted precious time after an exhausting flight. TVs weren't hooked up. And there's nothing in the cupboards -- no dishes or cutlery.

Great amenities for the price. Loved getting my own room in a 2-bedroom situation, vs. other hotels where everyone is together. Beds are "full" size, which is smaller than a queen. Perfect for one person, but would definitely be tight for two people. Parking pass instructions were easy, key card access worked just fine, and staff were pleasant!

The beds are firm, which I know isn't for everyone. The wifi cut out every few minutes and I'd have to nudge it to get connected again. Parking lot isn't close, but isn't terribly far either.

The location is so convenient for food and grocery. Cleanness is awesome. The staff is helpful. It's a calm and quite location. Public transport is really good.

Washer and Dryer should have accepted credit cards and pay per use instead of applying to load the money onto that application. The minimum is $10 and we wasting rest of the money if you use once for your short travel.

This was a perfect location. We were coming back from wonderland and need a place to sleep, it was only a quick 25min drive away and the price was so affordable. The place was so clean and lots of room. The staff was so nice and it was a very quiet place so we got lots of rest.

The beds were a little small for a double but you can make it work for the price and we couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work but if ur looking for a cheap hotel to sleep while traveling it is perfect.

Very good location, very close to the airport, the traffic is very convenient. I was given a room with a view, which was quiet, comfortable and clean. Simple but I like it. I can see the lawn and trees outside the window, I can sit on the chair and drink tea and read a book, I also saw the rainbow after the rain, this will be an unforgettable experience for me

The switch handle of the shower is not very good, it will automatically turn down and cause hot water to gush out

Very simple and basic rooms. Clean. Reception works 24h so they can help any time. There is pizza and grocery store nearby. Parking is huge and very close to entrance. Good value for money spent. Close to airport.

Kitchen without any amenities. There is fridge, microwave but no kettle or even glass or spoon, nothing.

Has a fridge and a microwave being a small kitchenette. Access to laundry. Private suite with 2 rooms and a bathroom. Secure location that is close to things. The staff were great.

No complaints, this was a great option.

This was such a great idea. These residences are well maintained and seem new inside. The staff were extremely friendly and we honestly felt like it was a beautiful accommodation for an affordable price.

The mattresses were not amazing quality, but perfect if you need to get by for a night or two.

Breakfast was not included as far as what I know. even if it was included we were not told anything about that. room was good .. clean and well managed.

only check in system is not good. they should provide options to those who comes from different province or country and want early check in
