The hotel is in a great location within a lovely village, making it easy to explore the area. The property itself is beautiful, and the host was warm and welcoming. Our room was very spacious, bright and airy and clean, clearly well cared for. The facilities in the room/apartment were excellent, with a fantastic bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the three of us. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the host made the experience even more enjoyable. We also opted for the three-course dinner on the night of our stay—it was absolutely lovely! The food was local, fresh, and very well prepared. Great value for money. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The breakfast was wonderful. There was a great selection and plenty of it. I particularly liked the yoghurt, fruit and local fruit juice. The village was very pretty and deserving of a walk around, including by the river. It was very quiet and we slept well. The accommodation had all you need and was very pleasantly presented. All was very clean and Cedric gave us a warm welcome. We would not hesitate to stay again.

If pushed, I would say the lamb was surprisingly tasteless but it was filling and the meal was good, reminding us of old style French 5 course meals and very good value. The cheese was superb.

The house was in a small quiet village and Cedric was a friendly and generous host. We booked dinner which catered for both of us being pescatarians and me being gluten free. The meal and wine was delicious and excellent value for money. Breakfast was just as yummy with home made jams and especially made GF pancakes for me. What a treat!

It was the perfect location for a stopover whilst travelling through France. The property and village are stunning. The rooms were clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We had the ground floor suite of double and twin rooms with shared bathroom. We had dinner which was home-cooked with local ingredients, utterly delicious and excellent value for money. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice and also local ingredients.

Quite and calming ,Cedric host very helpful .this was a return vist on the same trip to France ,as we enjoyed staying here so mush . Village lovely and picturesque, river near by with sitting for picnic in the evening . Will recommend to friends travelling in the area . Get for a stopping point while travelling southward Thanks again .

Nothing to dislike

Cédric was the perfect host. He cooked an evening meal which was excellent value for money and was a wonderful meal. Breakfast was also exceptional. The location is lovely, very quiet and peaceful. The gardens are lovely with plenty of seating to chase the sun around the garden!

The property could do with a little spruce up in places and possibly would benefit from a good spring clean before next years season. That said, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and presentable, as was the dining room.

Beautiful location in a small peaceful village. Upgraded from a room to an apartment - very spacious. Delicious breakfast with lots of local products Dinner - good, tasty, value for money and no need to drive.

Being an attic apartment, all the windows were skylights so you were not able to see the beautiful views over the village

I had the ground floor room in the house by the gate at the front of the property. Plenty of space with great facilities. Cedric was very friendly and hospitable and he spoke good English!

Some hand soap for the bathroom would be nice. Fresh functional salt and pepper shakers would be good to accompany the (optional) evening meal. The pillows weren’t lovely but the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the bread/toast at breakfast wasn’t good.

Stayed for an overnight stop whilst driving through France. Quiet location. Easy to find. Pleasant host. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent quality. Range of local breads available at breakfast along with fresh fruit salad and yoghurts. Great value for money. No problems having my dogs with me.
