Very spacious (Jr suite), comfortable, good bed, excellent shower, kitchen facilities good, good room temperature control. Everything in very good or new condition. Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Great for walkers, major parks within 30 minutes, metro station 10 minute walk. Many small restaurants nearby and major grocery store one block away.

minor annoyances: lighting was just 'okay'; room had a clothes washing machine, but no dryer; kitchen utensils and dishes were limited.

The staff were all absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Even with my lack of Spanish language. The room was big and clean and had everything I needed. The room service was well presented and tasty. But it was definitely the attitude and engagement of every lovely staff member I met, that made the stay impressive.

Unsure if there was anything. Anything extra I needed was addressed nearly instantly.

The amenities provided and the size of room and washing machine/dryer and large shower were well appreciated. Across the road we ate at el matador and highly recommend their shrimp taco my favourite ever eaten.

The road noise was rather consistent and the curtains could do with a privacy screen as the blinds when opened offered no sun or privacy protection. If you want coffee head across the road to 7eleven or cafe below.

My family enjoyed staying in the hotel. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and equipped with everything you need and even more. The location of the hotel is good. Many different restaurants and stores are in walking distance. The Chapultepec park is also very close ~15 mins walking. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

- noise insulation against outdoor noises could be improved: especially the noise from the main street and the noise from the hallway

Massive rooms, include kitchen facilities and washing machine and dryer. Also offers laundry facility. Staff friendly and helpful. Good prices if you book on the day. Really really happy with the whole experience.

The area is a bit questionable after dark, but staff couldn't have been more helpful and even offered to accompany us to shops after dark!

Very quiet location. Not as “polished” ultra modern appearance, but very respectable/clean/classy with modern comforts, including heated rooms for the cold nights. Room service is outstanding, and the rooftop restaurant is sophisticated and offers a fantastic view. Hotel staff is superb. Elevators are secured with your room keycard, and doormen/guards are posted in the lobby 24/7.

Top-notch facilities. Incredible room. The staff, especially Daniel at the check-in counter, could not have been more attentive, efficient, and apologetic when I complained about the TV situation in my room. The general manager (I forgot his name) was kind enough to offer complimentary breakfast (which was delicious) the following morning.

Everything was perfect, really. Will definitely stay here again.

restaurant for some reason needs a bit of redesign, lighting is way to bright white , not sure they need so many tv over every booth , no drink or wine menu their are so many great restaurants in Mexico City . I would lease out to a successful operator . not sure if the hotel is running it or they leased out either way they need help !!but a beautiful view maybe just go for a drink .

I like mostly kindness of the staff .Gentlment who was at reception at the first day was so kind and freindly. Everyhing is realy good other than the location.

Location is very noicey. Vehicles are making so much of noice even in the middle of the night.
