Location near xihu, spacious, the view, convenient to call cab, restaurant staff is courteous , room service is good

They charge deposit for about 1000 RMB when checkin. They did not just hold the amount but really debit your credit card, while I understand they will refund the deposit upon checkout, loss will be incurred to guests due to difference in buying in and out of exchange rates. That’s not a fair practice. I will suggest the hotel to hold the amount in the credit card as deposit instead and then upon checkout, just cancel the holding amount will be a more fair practice. I think that’s a common practice adopted by many hotels.

It’s a well equipped studio that provides almost everything you would need for a short stay. The king size bed is super large and comfortable for 2 tall people. It’s very clean. The shower head got great pressure and volume at higher floors. The bath tub is also super nice with an overlooking window into the city

We had some issues with the lock of the safe which somehow can no longer be locked using the codes we set. The technician came quickly but did not seem like knowing what to do, he started disassembling the electrical unit which we did not have time to wait for that. We had to tell him come back later

Good location, clean and.comfortable rooms, got everything we needed for the stay

The front desk staff interacting with guests can use some basic training. I reserved 2 rooms, one executive studio and 1 twin beds studio and asked to have 2 rooms close to each other if all possible. The executive room was down graded to a Deluxe studio without any mentioning by the front desk. I didn’t know until I entered the room and realized it’s not an executive studio and had to come done stairs to change it. This was unexpected. The room across the hall way is undergoing renovation, there was a strange smell inside my room. I asked front desk to find out what the source of the smell, they never got back to me.

The location of this hotel is great fora any tourist. You are close enough to the West Lake without being right in the middle of the city. You have access to many buses, taxis and a 10 minute walk to the Subway

Everything met my needs

I like everything: 1st the room very big and comfortable. 2nd the room equipped with everything you need it “Microwave, Electric cooker, coffee machine, toaster, Fridge and freezer + Full kitchen tools qnd washing machine. amazing closet alot of hangers so no need to take your hangers with you very big toilet” 3rd very very clean furniture 4th Very helpful friendly Staff 5th everything near infront of the hotel small supermarket + starbucks + Tim hornet Cafe, Burger King, Mac, KFC And also they have alot of Fine dining restaurants. Very nice and clean hotel with nice facilities and the perfect location for the sight seeing.

Stuff doesn't speak English on the level what shall be in such hotel. All communication with the stuff was through the translating apps. We booked a taxi for the check out morning for 05:00am. It was confirmed at the reception but was not taxi in the morning. Only big sorry with a big smile from the receptionist! Luckily got a taxi on the street by myself and got the the airport in time :)

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We like that there is a big sofa in front of the TV for us to relax.

The hotel is quite far from town and the west lake region so it took us about an hour to travel to and from town, so that took up some travel time.

The breakfast was good. The staff members working in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Finding the way back after breakfast was little difficult the first day. It was ok afterwards.

Just a minor suggestion: The recorded English announcement of each floor in the elevators seems to need a little more work, e.g.,, "Ground Floor" may be better than "G Floor".

The view was very nice. The location was 10-15 minutes away from the infamous lake, there are Starbucks and Mcdonald's nearby as well as some restaurants. The room was very convenient, clean and spacious, I loved the layout a lot. Our personal requests were met.

The swimming pool, gym, and sauna are in another building (right across), and would be hard for foreigners to ask their way to the place. But the staffs were very welcoming.

The Staff at the Reception were polite, helpful despite the language barrier. They helped a lot with taxi calling services. The location was close to various dining options. The breakfast was good, value for money.

It was a bit weird that a restaurant on the 4th floor was emptied and there was no staff there to give information if it opened or closed.
