I would say that maintenance needs a little attention, for exemple, the outlets - a mix of old ones with the new ones (Brazilian) - but not enough. I also do not understand why just 1 nightstand for either a queen/king bed size room; and we missed an espresso coffee machine inside the room, or any sort of coffee machine.

Excellent location, close to all amenities. We stayed on the 21st floor and had an amazing view of the city. The room was spacious and clean. They allowed me to have a late checkout (12pm)

There was no help with luggage, and I was a solo traveller with heavy ones. They handed me a trolley, which was somewhat clumsy and the wheels had deflated tyres! The air com in the room wasn’t working very well and was leaking down the inside of the sliding doors. The restaurant food was average. They charge extra for the use of cutlery and crockery, which I found it unnecessary.

The hotel room was comfortable and spacious, the staff, kind and the meals were superb!

I would let the AC go a bit lower in temperature due to hot weather. 17C is not cool enough.

Sometimes you can hear another room, but the sound gets carried by the bathroom. If you close the bathroom door at night, you will not hear that.
