The location is good, near to a lot of wadis and across the sea. Beds are quite comfortable. parking right in front of the motel. Has ventilators in the rooms, which is nice if you do not want to use AC

The motel is fine for one night, but it looks a bit outdated and a bit pricey for what you get. Breakfast a bit boring and without coffee only nescafe. Mosquito nets would have been nice, since we had a room with sea view and wanted to sleep with open windows

Nice hotel right at the beach in Tiwi. It is a short drive to the Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi hikes. Breakfast was good and the room was spacious, although quite basic. Good place to stay for a night and explore the area

There is an internal patio with all rooms around it and it can get a bit loud because of people talking outside the room. The hotel requests quiet hours after 10pm, which is good and reasonable

Small, authentic motel in the middle of the road. Good for 1-2 nights stay when you are travelling the country. Breakfast is good (all you need is here, not excessive , but good - eggs, sosages, bread, coffee, some vegetables as well). The room is big, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is what you expect from the motel. Nice view at the morning on the mountain, the road and the sea (if you go outside)

Air conditioning seems to have only two options - be very cold or turned off. Didn't bother me for one night stay.

We stayed in Tiwi Sunrise for its location. In the middle of the road between Sur and Muscat, close to sinkhole and Wadi Tiwi. It is only 5 minutes drive from Wadi Shab so it is perfect if you want to beat the crowds exploring wadi. Breakfast was very good, rooms spacious and clean. Swimming pool was perfect to relax after long day.

Hidden gem! Ocean front, very clean, huge rooms, excellent buffet breakfast with tons of options. Friendly helpful staff. 5 minutes drive from Wadi Shab. They offer lunch and dinner onsite as well. However, we had dinner at a local restaurant in town. Don't forget to catch the sunrise. Highly recommended!

Thanks to all the staff who has been great with us, Rafi in particular and the kitchen guy, who prepared for us amazing breakfast and dinners! We had a great stay and we definitely recommend it! Position was perfect, comfortable rooms.

a motel in the middle of nowhere, conveniently located for an overnight stop when visiting Wasi al Shab and/or Wadi Tiwi or another one. Very friendly staff, lots of effort put in making the place a good stop for the visitors. A bit more effort to do though (only orange juice for dinner, not even a soda ;-), a smell in the bathroom hard to fight (the whole place is very very clean thought, just a smell issue), price too expensive for what it is), but the experience remains a good one. Atypical and a good memory

Nice, spacious and clean. Good food prepared just for us and delivered to the room. The hotel was still at the beginning of the season, with lot of stuff (especially outside) still to prepare. Helpful and nice staff.

Wifi didn’t work and we had to discover that. The staff didn’t inform us right away and didn’t offer any solution. Probably still because it was the beginning of the season and they were doing works at the property.

This hotel was on a great location for visiting Wadi Twili and Wadi Shab. The rest of the surrondings are not that interesting, but makes it an excellent base to explore the two wadis. They even organised a great guide to take us to Tiwi since we didn't have a 4x4 car. The rooms are gigantic, the staff very friendly. There is a beach right in front of the hotel, the sunrise is worth getting up for. Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool was under maintance so we couldn't use it. The dinner was basic, but OK. Same for breakfast, more traditional options would have been appreciated.

Nice and big rooms, nice pool, nice outside breakfast and dinner area. Friendly staff. We liked that breakfast was included but they could offer a little more (fruits, cereals)

We could not adjust the blowing direction of the air condition. It was blowing directly in direction of the bed and it was too cold for us to leave it turned on, but it was very hot leaving it turned off.
