Excellent experience, very nice hotel in a good location, walking distance from main parks, restaurants, etc.

We extended our stay until Monday in hopes of having a quieter time with fewer guests. Unfortunately that is probably the reason why the hotel would want to do maintenance. In the end, we had breakfast (nice and abundant) with more noise than desirable for a Monday morning. I think we could have been warned the previuos night when we talked to book our breakfast. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful.

Rooms are big, and old house but the furniture and everything was very good. Air Conditioning, very good, since there was very warm. Restaurant, the food was great and we just had breakfast. In general very, very good.

it is just a small detail, there is only one waste basket in the bathroom, and I think it shuold we at least two. and the soap should be in the shower and the sink, just little details.

Such a beautiful property! Would highly recommend—the patio is gorgeous, the rooms are clean, the beds comfortable. It’s a work of art.

The pool water could have been cleaner, and no one is on duty—I don’t know why the hours are only 11-7. But overall that’s a minor, tiny complaint.

The breakfast and coffee in the restaurant were both delicious and the service was amazing. Loved the location and my room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

-Breakfasts were fine, but next time I won't be paying for any meals in the restaurant (there are several restaurants and diners close by, cheaper and tasty, try "Las Delicias" diner, it's like 3 blocks away from the hotel) -Rooms and bathrooms were fantastic, beds are really comfortable, there's A/C in every room -The central patio and garden are phenomenal, you can buy a bottle of their wine and have a glass or two right there -Parking available inside the property for guests -Location of the hotel is ideal, very close to the town center square

-Coffee was HO RRI BLE (like, seriously... it tasted awful... coffee can make or break your restaurant) -The person at the reception desk wasn't attentive when I checked in, she shouldn't be greeting guests when they arrive, I'm sure they have more friendly personnel -I called the hotel a few weeks ago to ask if we could get a third person in the double room I booked... they said yes but they never mentioned I would be charged extra for it... -Had A LOT of issues with the WiFi at all times -Had some issues with the hot water in the shower... seems like their water heater turns on and off or something... -They placed restaurant tables in the corridor next to the restaurant's entrance, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR OF MY ROOM (avoid rooms 15 and 16 if possible)

I personally liked the hotel was very central to the plazas and side shops, and restaurants, so within walking distance. The breakfast was outstanding, and kid friendly. It was clean, spacious, cozy and for the price I could not ask for more.

I enjoyed the gardens and the tranquility of the place, excellent restaurant.

Maybe it can use a bit of extra decor and better quality of the linens and bath toiletries.

The hotel grounds, rooms are very spacious and well decorated

Staff was not flexible with pets policies. We could not be with our pets (two small perfectly well behaved dogs) in the restaurant terrace even that it was very cold at night. We had to use the garden tables.

everything was fantastic. the property is beautiful and the rooms ample and comfy

my room was a bit hidden and there were available in not double bed rooms (we traveled as a couple)
