On our way to Cappadocia we chose to sleep one night in this nice hotel in Bolu. I was impressed as it was not smelling, as in the majority of hotels in Turkey, of cigarettes when you first step in. We could park in front of the hotel and the hotel is near the city center so we could also visit a little bit.The room was clean,the bed very comfortable and the furniture was new. The breakfast was good and fair for the price we paid.

We couldn't shower as we had no hot water. We wrote to the receptionist but we did not receive any answer unfortunately. The WC was not clean enough and the shower also but this depends on each of the hotel managers how they check after.

The location is super, just a minute from the city centre and the main pedestrian streets, bars, cafes etc. The hotel staff were nice and supportive (esp. with the parking in the area). Breakfast was tasty.

There was no air-conditioning in the room, but even though it was comfortable for sleeping.

The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. I like how the location is in the middle of the city so its a walking distance to the shops nearby. i love the bread & fruit shop in front of the hotel.

It was nice Hotel, we stayed on the way for 1 night..and it was OK.. Staff helped a lot thanks to guys

Very beautiful hotel near the main street of the city. The breakfast was very good and various. Staff is superbe and room clean, spacious and silent!

Please install a glass door in the toilet. There is no glass door for shower and shower head is loose. Hope you can fix it

Staff behaviour was exceptional. They allow me to use their kitchen and offer their food every day in lunch. It was a fantastic stay due to cleanliness and behaviour of all staff.

There were no elevator and air conditioner

The location was great. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly.

The room smelled like smoke, very bad. We had to open windows to be able to breathe. There are no elevators. Wi-fi is very bad.

Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, good location very close to the city center, very good value for money.
