Although we only stayed for one night, we were very satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent – varied and delicious. The location right by the sea is another big plus. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer! We would gladly recommend this accommodation.

When booking, we specified that we were two adults and two children, but unfortunately the room initially didn't have enough beds. Although this was disappointing at first, the staff responded quickly and kindly, offering us an upgrade to an apartment, which we really appreciated. In the end, it made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was extraordinary with restaurants and tourist attractions etc, all close to the hotel and rooms with a seaside view available. Rooms were well furnished and hygienic with television access. Bathrooms were clean and spacious enough and fitted with a shower .The swimming pool had an appropriate depth of about 120cm with an area for kids to swim as well.

Reading lamps were not working. The entrance to the swimming pool was odd and went through a dark, long corridor and the filtration system was slow. All four key cards belonging to the two rooms that I booked had stopped working and required me to go back to the reception to get the card reprogrammed.

Great hotel in Yanbu, the best place to stay in, clean rooms, newly renovated, okay breakfast, very attentive reception persons, mainly to mention Mr. Andul-Aziz Al-Jehani and Ms. Hala السيد عبدالعزيز الجهني والآنسه هلا. For their caring and special check in condition and sharing their condolences for the lost of my relative. Truly, this kind of people that I would love to see when i go to a hotel. Thanks.

All is good, just a minor thing to note, breakfast was okay but needs to reconsider the price vs the quality of food.

The facility is clean and well maintained, corniche is just across the road so good fun if you are staying small kids.

Staff can be more courteous, specially the front desk staff as the lady insisted on making the payment in advance for the extra bed while being plain rude in my face when I asked if I could make this payment on the checkout. Also they started calling us right at 1130 to remind us on the checkout time of 12 pm which seemed extra pushy.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. My room was toward the sea but on the first floor so I couldn't enjoy the view. I highly recommend the place !

The restaurant's staff is nice but the food was not great. The breakfast on the other hand was very nice.

Overall, it was really and awsome experience since checkin through checkout. Since it was my first visit to Yanbu and was only one night's stay, so, i would refrain making commentson location. The staff, at all places, front office, room service and breakfast area. The facility is very clean and provided lot of varities in breakfast. So, it was a confortable stay, though it was a very short stay.

As explained earlier, since it was a very short stay, the staff did not give any opportunity for negative comments..So, no complaints for this stay !!!!!

Everything was wonderful and beyond my expectation

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. This time we had a better experience at this hotel than the first time. Very satisfying. Thank you very much to everyone. Who made our stay very happy and comfortable . Looking forward to stay again in this property next time .

Didn't notice anything that I didn't like!

From check in to the room the staff and hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was large, clean and had first class facilities. During our stay the staff are so helpful and the whole hotel is incredibly clean and looks news. It is incredible value for money.
