Even before arriving at the Tee House Celadna hotel the exceptional welcome begun as we first had a communication with Tereza in reception for information and later with Nadia in management about our specific requirements.It was an amazing surprise to find that the Tee House was just as luxurious and well equipped for a much much better value for money. Everything from the Art deco, the size and confort of the rooms, the spa services and the restaurant were wonderful.We are not the easiest clients to please and we know what we want but honestly we found nothing that wasn’t of the highest level.Although the infrastructure, the equipment and the quality of the products is important and in this case faultless, what makes one hotel and one stay more remarkable than another is clearly the service. Here the service from Tereza in reception to Katka in the spa and even the chef in the restaurant and his wonderful ukrainian assistant were surprisingly fresh, sincere, human and professional. Well situated in the centre of the Golf resort in Celadna and thus very easy to find the hotel even offers a pick up from the airport which we didn’t need as we had a rental and plenty of parking spaces to choose from.The room was very well equipped with a nespresso machine and original recharges, quality and eco friendly bathroom products and very surprising with a very adequate number of electrical plugs and practical clothes and shoe spaces. The spa area has a large sun bathed internal pool, a very professional massage team with wonderful products, a steam room and a sizeable sauna with all the necessary relaxing all-season indoor and outdoor areas. I could go on but I will wrap this review up with a special mention for the restaurant. I may just be exceptionally lucky but at the Tee House I had one of the best sit-down cooked breakfasts both sweet and sour that I have enjoyed in 4 and 5 stars hotel in a very long time. And always impeccably served by professional and smiling staff.

For the sake of clarity I must also mention that like so many establishments in the CZ the hotel -or at least the parts of it that I used- is not well adapted for people with special needs as there are many areas as spa and corridors which are difficult of access but I am sure the staff would do all the can to assist in such cases.

Rooms are clean, very nicely furnished. Reception works very well. Breakfast is really great.

The staff at the restaurant and during breakfast seemed unphased and sometimes almost annoyed with our presence. The ladies were preparing coffee for themselves during peak hour of breakfast so we had to wait in line for coffee until waitresses served themselves. We also asked for a volume on radio to be turned down during breakfast (because we barely heard each other talking) and while the waitress was eager to help us, her boss began to lecture her how she should do it in front of us and ultimately even increased the volume. We felt uncomfortable about the entire encounter, especially when the waitress did the job better than her boss in the end. It was unnecessary from his side and rather unprofessional.

Excellent location with incredibly friendly staff! Numerous parking spaces available.

SPA area in our building - we had to go down one floor for drinking water. It would be better to have it in the Relax Room near the sauna. Our room was quite good; we liked the style. However, the mattresses were a bit too firm for our liking.

All is good. Some improvements can be made for people who are not locals: 1) Restaurants are closed at 20:30 or 21:00 as latest. It is impossible to find food. Even groceries are closed. It is important to highlight that to guests and let them have an option (salads, bowl with healthy food, etc.) that can be purchased 2) In the room there is not enough hangers and shelves. 3) In the room there is no kettle to make tea or hot water

Definitely something should be made with dinners. As an example, in Portugal where we leave now people come for dinner at 21:00. In Czech restaurants are closed at this time. We drove to several places and none offered us food. Quite surprising. Also as mentioned above, there is not enough shelves for clothes in the room. On Saturday maintenance works with a lot of noise where done at Golf Club roof. This is annoying. Especially because you position your place as wellness and I expect silence as well when we talk about wellness and mental health. Second, why Saturday? There is not enough time from Monday to Friday?

The location is great.

I didn't like the fact that the rooms and the restaurant have a view of the parking lot. The waitress who served us the dinner was wearing a T-shirt, open summer shoes, and red socks. Everyone was nicely dressed at dinnertime, while she was dressed very casual. Not her fault I guess, but the manager's. Other that these 2 points, everything was great.

The location is significant. Modern and minimalist design. Pleasant service and staff. Delicious breakfast, with pretty good assortment.

The rooms oriented to the big parking, really pitty and against concept of the hotel. A bit troubles with temperature of the water in a rooms.

Great location next to golf course and nice surroundings.

The staff in the restaurant were appalling, it 40 min to get my beer. Staff were unprofessional. Nobody greets you or smiles. Front desk were very nice.

The location was perfect for weekend away in the nature yet not far to restaurants and bistros. The reception staff was friendly professional and helpful. Room was spacious with loads of natural light, comfortable bed.

We have traveled with two small dogs, there is a charge per dog per night of 1000 Czech Koruna which I found to be unjustifiable. I have been offered a dog beds and bowls , unfortunately they did not have any dog beds left. One of charge per stay would be fairer as the level of clean per one dog or two dogs would be the same . We stayed in a adjoining room which we found noisy, we could hear movements and conversations from the room next door. On arrival the adjoining doors were unlocked which were locked once we notified reception staff.

Loved the spacious balcony with couch, air con function, the pool, simple interior of the hotel.

Nothing worth writing about.
