We liked the no-nonsense business-hotel atmosphere. Everything worked, breakfast was nice, rooms were big and functional, staff was very friendly, got our transport to the airpot organized smoothly, air-condition worked in the very hot climate. Wifi functioned perfectly. We felt safe.

Television did not have any channels in English. I would have appreiciated some newsprogram, Tanzanian or international, to follow what's going on in the world. Restaurant was very slow in the evening, and I say this, because there is no other choice for food in the neighbourhood and we were not in the mood for eating out after a day of working and driving around.

Clean, comfortable, friendly

Hotel had no hair dryer - just having one you can led out is essential really. No air con in the dining room and loads of mosquitoes owing to doors having to be left open meant I probably wouldn't stay again as it wasn't comfortable during meals. It is a real shame since everything else was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luwa Evergreen Hotel. All the Staff and the Manager were very kind, welcoming and friendly. They made us feel at home during our stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well maintained - with a lovely garden. The food was excellent. Highly recommended Hotel.

The location is perfect and staff was friendly

The room was really smelly and internet was not working in the room. There was loud music from the restaurant and roosters in the morning. Do not order a taxi through the hotel - I ordered a taxi at 9:45am and it arrived at 10:15...
