I took the early flight from Manila to Masbate. I didn’t book any hotel since I wanted to explore the city first. As I arrived at the airport, I saw this huge tarpaulin advertisement of a hotel which is Treasure Island Hotel offering many amenities and is 3 MINUTES away from the airport which caught my attention. Fast forward, I've checked in and I was shocked that they also offer a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. NOW, I’ve learned my lesson TO BOOK IN ADVANCE haha. I had a wonderful stay here in Treasure Island Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and coworkers.

Stayed here during the Rodeo Festival and it truly made the experience unforgettable! The hotel is in a prime location just right at the center of the action, the Rodeo Parade just in front of this hotel no need to walk far away, with the rodeo arena just nearby and the Juego de Toro happening right in front. My room was cold and super comfortable, especially the bed which made it easy to relax after the festivities. With the lively city ambience and everything within walking distance the location of this hotel is just perfect. Also, I don’t need to go to arena because I just watched the fireworks display just in front of this hotel.

Staff were very helpful. There was an issue with a double payment and I really appreciate that the manager sorted this out. As usual Filipino hospitality is fabulous!

Why do you think I can say that? That's because I always come to Masbate for business trips almost twice to thrice a month. I tried other hotels in the city and outside the city. Whenever I’m in a hotel, I look for the convenience and service that it offers. I look for hotels that don’t offer common things. Gladly, this hotel is the place I was looking for. Thanks to the frontdesk associates and housekeepers who always render their time and effort for my needs even though my stay was one of the peak times since they have an event to cater.

At first I was quite astonished with the hotel’s prices but what I didn’t know and I never expected was it would offer amenities I could only experience in Metro Manila which is a really big and developed city. My kids enjoyed the gigantic slide and mostly explored the pirate themed cave. Their hotel is very Disney coded!! They also have a pool for adults like me. I definitely loved their infinity pool which has water body massage beds in it. I had the pool all by myself since it’s only exclusive for checked-in guests. So far, I have loved our stay here. Will definitely recommend it here.

Location right in town. Staff was excellent from the beginning. Queen room was very nice. Several swimming pools with slide. Free breakfast and restaurant. Salt and Pepper Spareribs were delicious. Alcohol drink and beer available to. We had a wonderful time.

The hotel had plenty of amenities—I stayed in all day and didn’t get bored. Breakfast featured tasty Masbate delicacies, and the in-house Chinese restaurant was convenient and had great food.

Only downside was missing early check-in due to full booking, but it was understandable with many guests checking out around noon.

This hotel never failed to surprise me every time I stay here. I was here also months ago and back then, the pool is not yet open. But I still returned since they provide the best services. Then I came back, it was just WOW! Their infinity pool is amazing!, we can see the beautiful ocean view beside the city and the water spa massage experience was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep just laying on the water. This hotel has captured my heart from the very beginning. Highly recommended!

I arrived at Masbate very early in the morning, irritable and tired from a whole day of travelling. My flight from LAX to manila got delayed so I wasn’t able to catch my flight to the city. I had to fly from manila to Legazpi and take the ferry to Masbate. I was prepared to be disappointed since that’s what I’ve been experiencing the whole day but alas! The staff were amazing. Very observant and genuine. They must have sense that I was not in the mood so my check in was very fast and I was assisted to the room immediately. They serve breakfast as early as 5AM so it was nice. I also had a nice and long hot shower which definitely help improve my mood. Their internet connection was stable so I was also able to update my family back in the US. Thank you so much Treasure Island. You just got a customer for life.

Nothing at all

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, matching the pictures shown online. This hotel clearly values its guests and continuously strives for excellent service. I highly recommend it to future travelers, and I will definitely be staying here again!
