Ever assisting & helping Staff, Cleanliness, Spacious and Location. Even the breakfast was very nice. We were a family of 4 booked into adjacent two rooms staying two nights. We enjoyed the stay, used the Gym and the Pool both the days and enjoyed the quiet and lovely property. Mr. Sanjay, right at the entrance, was charming in receiving us every time we stepped into the property and made us feel welcome. Mr. Subhajith & Mr. Abhijith were very good at taking care of my family during the breakfast sessions. Kudos to the reception staff member, Mr. Supriti, who constantly checked if we were comfortable and offered to support any requests we had or the guidance we needed inside and outside the property. For a 1st timer and the property and at Bhubhaneshwar, we were well taken care of by the staff and the property. We would certainly return here and look for options to stay at other ITC properties in our forthcoming trips.

Great location and great hospitality.. Right from steping out of ur car to final good bye,they take care of everything.. Food is delicious but bit pricey,that is understandable as it is a high class hotel .. Staff is very generous to help us after checkout and provided us a room to get ready before catching flight ..we asked them to give us extra pickle to carry at home as it was super yummy👍🏻overall stay was very good and I would like to visit other ITC hotels in different cities if india during my next visit 😃

One of the most helpful staff I have come across in a long time and I mean across all departments be it the reception, the front gateman,the housekeeping or the staff serving you in the restaurant for your meals. It just goes to show that the senior management has got the staff truly motivated. The property also is on a large plot and it has a circular road inside the property that is great for a walk in the evening. The FB is really good as we were there for 5 days and we had our meals in the hotel and I must say that they didn't repeat the items on the buffet be it breakfast/lunch or dinner. That speaks volume as one is not tired of the same fare on offer. a big thumbs up.

Frankly in one word the WIFI. it kept dropping. In todays connected world this is a very big requirement and they really need to work on it.

The food at ITC was excellent. There was a good mix of local delicacies and regular Indian food. The staff was exceptional. Always very smiling, polite and ready to help for even the smallest of need. We were served by a wonderful staff member named Subhajit. He was very prompt and professional. He looked after our family very well, especially the need of my kids. Thank you ITC for a wonderful stay.

The hotel can use its reception and entrance area to display local art and describe a little more about it so the visitors can learn more about Orissa, like ITC Narmada has done for G Ahmedabad.

The hotel is on highway, bit outside the city. However because of this it is in congestion free area. Very well maintained facility. Breakfast and dinner buffet was tasty and had a good spread. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also upgraded our room on their own, that was a nice gesture. If you are staying here as a traveller, you can go for the dinner included package, as there are no good places nearby and also you would be tired to go out for dinner after roaming the whole day. We also booked taxi for local travel thr hotel's desk. The taxi service person was trustworthy and really value for money.

Everything is good. They can add a few more local dishes in the dinner.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Bed was soft, we had requested additional pillows, which were provided. They had provided plenty of water in the room. Breakfast was good. The restaurant Peshawari was very good.

The hotel staff tried to charge us more than what was agreed when booking on booking.com when we showed up at the hotel. They did this both at check-in time and check-out time, and had I not remembered the rate I had booked at, I may have ended up paying more without realizing it. Did not expect this from ITC. The bathtub in the room is extremely hard to get in and out of. The edge of the tub is around 9 inches wide. It was fine for us, but for people who are older, I would recommend avoiding this hotel as you will likely struggle to get in and out of the bath tub. The hotel is near the airport (around 15-20 minutes by car), but is really far away from the city - takes around 45 minutes to an hour to reach the hotel from the city in the evening.

Cleanliness is the Thing I liked the most. It was convenient for me to reach and the place is pretty quiet. Food was Average. Morning breakfast could be better. overall hotel staff were Excellent and Superb

I asked to Extend my checkout time by one our but they allowed for 30 mins only but its ok that's there policy that can be considered according to availability. The Mini Bar was Closed. I had no Access to it. When asked during check out the Staff told that they had to lock it because there was a marriage party last night.

Resturant was very good staff Specially Mr Arvin singh and food was very good

I thought the mini bar in my room was a free bar with the booking of the room as i see in many hotels around the world but i was surprised when they consider it like a supermarket , and i found my self should pay for what i take from it. Payment not a problem but only i suprided from this thing that it is not happen in a high level hotels.
