The room was large with top quality facilities but some simple maintenance would help to create a better impression (squeaky hinges and sliding door runners, wardrobe doors in need of adjustment). The food was good but would have been even better if the plates weren't so cold. We were surprised that they didn't reply to our queries via Booking.com to ask the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. We called in the end and discovered that they would pick us up free of charge. It was lucky that we had a Chinese number and could speak the language, or we would never have known. It would have been quite difficult for non Chinese speakers to find out how to get to the hotel. Having said all this we really liked the hotel, the staff and the location and were very happy with our stay, so it's still a 10 out of 10! We would like to say a special thank you for the help and attention we were given by Andy Wu, Front Office Manager, who even lent us money when we needed some for a visit!

Amazing location - going to sleep looking at the mountains was priceless. The hotel room was beautiful - comfortable beds, big bathtub and great shower. The toilet seat was heated which was a really nice touch. The toiletries were Crabtree and Evelyn and smelt amazing. The hotel gave our children little bears and we had a welcome gift of fruit and toffee. We were overwhelmed by all the choices during breakfast the next morning. I especially enjoyed these little fried glutinous balls filled with purple yam paste (still dreaming of those)... I would love to go back to beautiful Jiuzhaigou one day, and stay at the Hilton again.

A gorgeous hotel with very professional and friendly staff (special shout-out to the hotel manager)! Traveled here with friends for hiking in Jiuzhaigou, and all of us were so happy with our stay. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the serene views and supreme beds, everything exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is not yet in a very bustling location -- it seems many nearby restaurants and shops are just in the process of opening, not actually open yet -- we did find a local restaurant nearby that proved to offer some of the best food we had in Sichuan.

The set up of King Skyline Park View Room is wonderful. It is very spacious and the free stand bath tub is excellence. The location is excellence and just next to People's Park, Chengdu Museum New Hall, Tianfu Square. The breakfast is very good.

The air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted by the guests even the air conditioner control panel is mounted on the wall. The guests could adjust the speed of wind only and the temperature could be changed much even turned down. The bathroom is comfort and big enough however the sanitary ware are not good enough if it is the brand of Hilton Canopy.

In particular, Anna was friendly and approachable; she even had some bath salts for soaking sent to my room after I had had a long day of exploring Jiuzhaigou. Thank you, Anna! *Luxurious and elegant room, with sweeping views of the mountains. My room was serviced daily and spotless. Bed was super comfortable. * Great location. This made exploring the main sights a breeze. * Standout breakfast buffet, with international and Chinese classics.

The location was adequate, not too busy an area but with walking access to outside eating places. The staff were very accommodating; during a particularly cold day, they brought a heater and humidifier to our room to help us get more comfortable.

Although the breakfast buffet had a good spread, the cereal section did not have any healthy cereals like muesli or granola. With the exception of bran, the rest were sweetened kiddie stuff. Otherwise, there wasn't much not to like.

Breakfast was amazing and had lots of varieties. Super comfortable bed. Staffs were super friendly and helpful.

There wasnt transportation offer from this hotel location, and no buffet dinner available due to not enough travellers. I really wanted the buffet dinner but that information wasnt disclosed, might have changed hotel if there is no buffet dinner.

The room was spacious and has a great view of the garden and the snowy mountain. The lounges next to the window provide relax spot for rest and rewinding. The services were great and the staffs were very professional and they are very responsive and make their best efforts to solve the problem or accommodate our requests.

The room didn't have its own air-con mode control, so even if we feel a bit hot inside, we are not able to change the air-con mode to cool. The internal door is too heavy (I think they are fire-proof and that's why) which is not very convenient for my parents as their old ages. The breakfast buffet has lots of different dishes, but the flavour wasn't the best.

Very helpful staff, picked us up from the road when our bus dropped us in an awkward spot and we didn’t know where to go. Gave good guidance on how to navigate the park in one day.

Laundry fee quite high (5 undies, 4 pairs of socks, and 1 shirt for ~$40aud), but service was good.
