I was really impressed that the breakfast included orange juice and apple juice and fresh apples. This was an unexpected touch that is not always found at other similar establishments. Thank you so much. Also, having a larger refrigerator than just a mini was really cool. The laminate type hardwood floors gave the room a really clean look

I do not know why that some hotel chains do not put an envelope in the room for housekeeping tips. Maybe the management feels it is too pushy or unprofessional. However, that reaction is more about the guest. I hope you reconsider.

Very, very clean. Really warm (needed as a Texan cold snap). Very fast WiFi. Fantastic restaurant next door (Sutton County steakhouse). Breakfast available but did not have it.

Seemed slightly seedy with no-one available at reception and a phone number to call (difficult as mobile phone package did not include US calls). The guy saw us there after some time, and came over. He was super friendly and supplied an extra blanked - that was needed.

Exceptional customer service and a great manager. Needed to move to a bigger room and needed an additional table for work. Attending staff immediately got me into a larger room. I have been staying at other locations in Sonora while working but this Motel 6 has earned my businesses. I will be staying there on my next trip in a few weeks and thereafter. Great people and value !

Everything else was amazing. The bedroom was huge we loved it! And in the pool we got extra time, everything else was perfect Rlly. Would’ve tried the steakhouse but I had my anxious pup with me so I didn’t want to leave him alone 🥺 Staff was so nice as well 10/10

The only thing I’d complain abt is the cig burn on the sheets and there was a long tangled bunch of hair on a towel in the room 😬 which honestly was the main negative thing abt it, not v appealing. That dampened it by like two stars

OMG the bed was SO comfortable! The room was very clean, and I inspected ;) and found no signs of any bugs or issues that would down-play my stay. The water was hot and cold as it should be. The hotel was very accommodating to my specific safety and parking needs (being a single senior I had concerns, but the staff addressed them accordingly). The room was good size, even with a king bed. The A/C worked well. There was no carpet and the floors were very clean. (Wish all hotels/motels would do the same!) Although it was a pet friendly motel, it still was very clean and smelled fresh, and I am pet-sensitive, and had no allergy issues.

Although I had paid via a third party site I was charged again (because apparently it didn't show on my reservation), however, once I brought it to their attention, the additional charge was refunded back to my card, with a "no excuse" apology.

Accomodations were fine. Location was fine. Everything in room worked, from surprisingly large refrigerator to fast-flushing tub & toilet. Accomodations were spartan.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The neighbors were noisy and talked outside of our door for a while in the very early am hours like around 4 am. I didn't know at that time that I could have called the front desk, and they would have told them to be quiet.

I like that they have a dog run area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, smelled good and beds were comfortable.

No continental breakfast., wish they would have some basic breakfast items would make it an even better experience. There aren’t a lot of restaurants for breakfast in the area. Maybe some muffins or fruit would be a good idea.

I travel with my dog often, we always stay at motel 6 because they are pet friendly and never a hassle. We have stayed at motel 6’s all over the country and this by far was the nicest one. Very clean, microwave, fridge etc. and the staff was excellent! Thank you!
