We had 4 adults & 2 grandchildren in our room. We had a room with 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa. Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious enough for all of us. Elevator worked great and speedy. Swimming pool and child play area in pool was nice (everyone enjoyed the pool) and my family was the only ones in pool. Very friendly staff and clean motel/rooms. Breakfast was delicious and they had TURKEY sausage patties, along with regular sausage and normal breakfast offerings. Great location and easy to find/get parked.

The first room issued had a strong unpleasant smell, but we were moved swiftly and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are both dark. The bathtub was stained and drained very slowly. The gym equipment was out of order. A small amount of maintenance and brighter bulbs would improve the bathroom experience. The pool looked a little murky but it could be the floor of the pool is dirty, we decided against using it. The lift emergency communication failure was flashing during the whole stay. Additionally there was a strong smell of burning by the lifts.

Property was clean and well managed

The electronic door locks did not work on the opposite side of the entrance of the hotel, where we parked, we had to walk all the way around the hotel to get into the hotel back down the hall to the elevators to go up. It was an inconvenience, but not the end of the world. It sure would be nice to have all exits and entrances working properly with the key cards.

Room was clean. Sheets were soft and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff checked to make sure we were happy. Coffee available on off hours. Room was quiet.

2 small things. Floor in shower was very slippery. Door hinge to bathroom door had a loud screech to it.

The room was HUGE, very quiet and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious - lovely fresh orange juice; tasty, cooked oatmeal; omelet, sausage, potatoes and delicious scone (biscuit!); and fully, flavored yogurt!

There was no shower mat in the shower to reduce the risk of slippage.

Convenient location and easy to access

The bathroom fan did not work and the shower head fell off and bruised my knee. When I let them know they offered me a free bottle water. 😑 the female desk attendant that checked me in was extremely rude!

Very nice room, breakfast very good. Location is excellent.

Well the bed was quite hard, did not like the mattress. Also it would be better if the lights in the bathroom gave more light, it was a little too dark in there, especially hard for the wife to put on her makeup.

The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was warm and tasty along with the dining room being very clean. There was a good selection of food. All of the employees we encountered were very nice. There is a nice Route 66 Museum in Elk City. There were 3 of us staying in the room.

Everything was nice and very clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, it wasn't the basic, it was buffet style. I really enjoyed everything about my stay.

Really good breakfast. Nice big room with desk and two chairs. Comfortable beds. Huge bathroom. Convenient easy off and easy on location to highway. Very reasonably priced.

It is listed as pet friendly but doesn't accept pets anymore.
